As usual people like you jump to instant conclusions and determine it was unjustified and race based before any facts are gathered. Who cares if he was disabled? A retard, paraplegic, or insane person can pull the trigger just as fast as a normal person.
Can you name a time when the family of a black shooting victim came out and told the truth? No, they always lie and make up victimization stories when they are interviewed.
Lets see some facts before we come up with a verdict

So police don't lie, plant guns and drugs or fabricate reports?

Police definitely don't lie as much as black "victims". Name one time in the last 2 years where the black victims family/friends actually told a story that didn't get proved wrong or exaggerated.
All that I am saying is that the blacks don't have a good track record of truth, so knowing that lets at least let the story play out before we decide that this is a race based killing of a completely innocent person.

In 2011, after finding a police officer, Jason Arbeeny, guilty of official misconduct for planting drugs on a suspect, Justice Gustin L. Reichbach of the New York Supreme Court wrote that he "thought [he] was not naïve, but even this court was shocked, not only by the seeming pervasive scope of misconduct but even more distressingly by the seeming casualness by which such conduct is employed." [13] The ex police detective was then sentenced to five years of probation and 300 hours of community service.
About five police perjury cases referenced in the above article, in Chicago alone. That's just in the past year or so. Documented and proven. Where's is your data of said 'lying blacks'.

Why are you diverging away from the facts? Unarmed black men are being murdered by racist bigoted police officers, while terrorists are being walked off unharmed.

Um, lets see... Michael Brown, Trayvon Martin, Freddy Gray, and many more.... all had family and friends deliberately lie about facts.
Did you know that is is more common for blacks to shoot at white cops than for white cops to shoot blacks?

Lil J - do you find it offensive that this is being portrayed as a race issue? Does it bother you at all? Understandably the daughter is going to be upset that her dad just died, but her claim that he was shot "because he is black" is either naive, a lie or just her being a fucking moron. And then you follow it up that unarmed black men are being murdered by racist, bigoted police officers. The cop was BLACK. Please explain how race had anything to do with this.
You fell for it, just as kyle suggests. The media race baited and you jumped on that hook as fast as you could. Sad man, sad and pathetic.

I find it more a modern cop issue rather than race issue. Growing up the police I knew, and the ones that visited school to talk about their jobs, there was always a hard sticking point. You never use your weapon unless you see a weapon being pulled on you. It seems that that has changed recently to you discharge if you think one will be pulled on you.

He will change the subject and divert... its the only way to keep this argument alive.
What is even more pathetic is how people like him are vultures sitting on a fence just waiting for anything to complain about. The only boxes that need to be checked are 1) Black victim 2) Dead victim... nothing else matters... they just salivate at the chance to cry racism.

The difference is there used to be a respect for police and the job they did. The courts, media and politicians have succeeded at demonizing police and sympathizing with the people that say cops are bad. Now police have citizens taunting them worse than ever and are held to a higher standard than ever... they are completely set up for failure and it is all based on fiction pedaled by the left and the blacks.

They aren't held to a higher standard then ever though, that is the issue and I think one of the reasons that cops are willing to be more aggressive/trigger happy. The court system is letting them go left and right even when there is evidence against them, and I think a huge part of this is the seeming merger of DA/Police so they are protecting them rather than using them as a tool.
There is no more presumption of innocence. Only 7 states still have probable cause instead of reasonable suspicion. We are going the wrong way.

Yes they are held to a higher standard... everyone carries a video camera, there are surveillance cameras everywhere, social media spreads news instantly without fact checking, and 80% of the media covers stories about cops with a negative shadow on the cops cast first. Most of these cases have black politicians, activists and ACLU attorneys pushing for indictment prior to the facts being collected, so the trials or indictments are done with huge racial based pressure and fear of public violence upon acquittal even if the facts support the cops.

And yet acquittals and wrist slaps even with evidence are at an all time high.... see the issue?
Can you prove that guilty cops are being let off with evidence proving they commit murder and are going outside of their legal boundaries as peace officers?

You are telling me they are gonna get in trouble for this?
Oh and as an added bonus, the helicopter footage (by one of the officer's husbands none the less) has the officer saying "I got a suspect who won't show me his hands" while the helicopter shows him with hands above his head.
My answer should be the same as yours... We don't know the facts yet, the video doesn't show what led up to the man walking back to his car, did he reach in the window, was he on PCP and acting violent/unresponsive, was there a weapon, did he threaten the police verbally/physically.
It is irresponsible and ignorant to base your decision off of a video that doesn't show us everything. Your type of thinking is why innocent peoples property and business' are looted and burned, and your type of snap judgement is going to further push black people into a negative light.

Your own video shows the guys hands down and reaching towards/into his car leading up to the shooting. Try again

On top of which he wasn't resisting, shouting, or anything when he was tased. Same goes for when he was shot. All in the video. I'm deaf, you aren't blind.

We don't have all of the facts and if you think the case should be tried based on a video and the media's portrayal of a 30 second clip you are going to embarrass yourself. What if he was high on PCP, resisted all commands and made threats to the officers that he was going to kill them... then reaches in to the window of his car??? If that is what happened and he didn't respond to a tazer, then shooting was their only option.
I am not saying the cop is guilty or innocent... I am saying stfu until you know what you are talking about. You have been wrong on the Ferguson case (embarrassingly wrong), so maybe you should learn your lesson.

He's naive, quite possibly prejudice, to go along with little to no common sense. Don't bother.

It's clearly a race issue. If the victim in this case were white, he undoubtedly would not have been shot.
I read an interesting opinion piece on CNN tonight about this. It talked about not rushing to judgement because we don't know all of the facts (this was specifically about the Tulsa shooting). The video does look bad, but he made an interesting point that I couldn't ignore. Why was he walking away from the cops? The truth is that we rush to judgement before knowing factual information. Also, the narrative matters, and we tend to believe immediately what we are predisposed to believe based on our own beliefs or experiences. On the face of it, it looks horrific, an unarmed man killed by a police officer. Add in the black man and white officer facts and it gets more complicated.
We don't yet know her version of the events, but I personally think it looks bad, but before I crusade to have her tarred and feathered, I will have to step back, remove my emotion and predisposition, and try to be rational.
I am particularly sensitive to this subject because my brother in law is black. Lots of tattoos. He is a machinist, works hard, doesn't get into trouble takes good care of his family. I worry a lot about what could happen to him in a simple traffic stop.
What I don't fully understand is why the officers we hear about shoot to kill as opposed to shooting to neutralize. They managed to disable that piece of pig shit Ahmad Rahani in New Jersey, and he was armed, but they brought him in alive.

If he were white, he would not have behaved like a rabid monkey, so you might be right
