What convinced me that it wasn't just Oswald was not what happened during the shooting, but everything before and after. The protocols that were ignored, the strange decisions they made on where to send that motorcade and how to protect it. And the endless stream of shady doings after the shooting, with how they dealt with eye witnesses, how they handled the operation at the hospital, the autopsy, how easy they made it for someone to get to Oswald, to tie that loose end up. The Warren Commission. How quickly Johnson signed the act to send a ton more people to Vietnam, the exact thing Kennedy refused to sign. That right there shows possible motive, at the very leasta On the subject of eye witness'. We know (meaning it has been proven to almost the same degree as the law of gravity) that Pearl Harbor was engineered by FDR and his merry band of Soviet Agents. It does seem a bit . . . strange . . . to go to war with Japan over their incursion into China when Britain was holding Ireland, Scotland, and India as territory.
Something else I ran across yesterday in an ADD-fueled browsing binge . . . Leopold II of Belgium killed maybe twice as many Africans as Hitler did Jews, and nobody talks about it. Stalin killed maybe 3-4 x's as many Ukrainians as Hitler did Jews, and it's occasionally referenced on the fringes of historical discussions. If you really get to digging, history as we know it is largely a "selected narrative" that goes viral by accident or intent, and becomes our story.

Each decade, "the number" gets higher and higher...
First count was 6 million. Now it's up to 11 million.
If hitler was fighting a war on two fronts, low on supplies... does he really have the resources necessary to load 11 million people into trains and ship them thousands of miles, just to have them killed with expensive gas?!

Stalin starving the Ukraine. Mao starving the peasants. Hitler starving the camps. Leopold starving the Congo. Except that Hitler did it as a desperate measure under literal and imminent threat of death. Mao and Stalin (probably Leopoldo as well but I have no knowledge of that) did it more to play offense. Hitler always thought, naively, that he could make a deal with the Americans and Brits and avoid a world war. He had a good understanding of American and British sensibilities but simply underestimated the depth to which both governments and media organs had been penetrated by the Soviet Union (along with his own. Martin Bormann, for one, was almost certainly a Soviet agent.) From the moment he was in a war with America the terms from the Allies were: Unconditional surrender, submit to occupation. Occupation meant occupation by Russia. That means there was no way out. "We're coming to kill you: you can fight and die, or you can kneel and die." |

Leopold did it as a simple "cost of business" while exploiting mineral mining and rubber manufacture in the Congo in order to enrich himself and Belgium and the complete lack of civilization in that area of the world meant anything goes, and shit got pretty wicked.
