Watching TV, including sports (baseball, MMA)
Cooking
Reading and writing
I do love gardening, but I don't have a place to have a nice garden at the moment
Playing with/training Gir and Delorean. I've learned a ton about dog behavior and training because of Delorean. Dealing with his behavior issues has really taught me a lot about dogs in general, and it's also been really fun. He's come a long way. I've met some great people in the process, too.
Video games
I played violin for a long time, and I'm thinking about picking it back up. I miss being part of an orchestra.
I have a huge baseball card collection from when I was a kid. I kinda stopped collecting as I got older, but I've kept all my cards, and I've gotten a few more here and there over the years. I know the market is different from what it was back then, but I was never into it for the money. It was always just an extension of my love of baseball.

I have a ton of old tin signs - from WWII type to alcohol adds, old school bronze age superhero and sports. A few car signs and most are the tin type. Most I don't even put up but plan to sometime. Everyone knows I like tequila so I get brought anything new someone finds. Like 20 bottles per year of stuff so I have tried hundreds. I do like Avion and used to love Jose Cuervo Anejo when they sold it at Costco, but then they went to some other brands (years ago). I can't sip tequila like I can whiskey and am often more intrigued by the bottle shapes and sizes as it looks cool on my bar. I make a mean fucking margarita and try different tequilas to see how they taste. Otherwise, I still do shots with a lime chaser like I was doing throughout high school and college, lol. Honestly, the tequila craze has amazed me because it allowed Tequila to basically triple and quadruple in price. Tequila is about the only hard liquor I drink. I said it in drinking thread but you should try Casa Dragones, so smooth...beat tequila ever! Bumped Aha Toro to my number 2 spot. And I'd you like the bottles, check this one out. I bought one like this for a band I know when they came through Santa Fe. Definitely an eye catcher. pacificonlinespirits.com/casino-azul-premium-decanter.aspx

Casa Dragones sound familiar and I will look at the bottles when I get home and see if I have it. Thanks dude

The wife and I like them a lot and experiment with different ones. A couple of years back, we had a cucumber jalapeno margarita in San Antonio and it was amazing. So started making those at home now too.
I like complex ones, as well as just tequila, lime, and cointreau or grand marnier.
Big fan of dirty margaritas too.

Jesus, I'm nervous for you CB. Moving back home a good idea? It's actually a new place 25 miles away. My druggie crew know nothing about it. And I ditched every number as soon as I got here. Truly wherever I go, there I am. I'm the issue. This is all on me.

I'd love a Les Paul, was close to buying one, the Slash Appetite Les Paul one. Just a bit to expensive. I want a lap steel guitar too. Don't remember why I chose the Taylor over a Martin, Martin guitars are sick! I just don't have a lot of pedals... Something I've wanted to do is grow my my pedal collection. Oh, I have a Mesa Boogie Triple rectifier half stack. What amps do you have?

For me, I like a tiny bit of trader joes blue agave and crush limes or use lime juice. For guests, I usually throw in triple sec as it removes the tequila taste most women can't handle and helps smooth out the bitter from the lime. I generally don't use margarita mix but you can, and then I would still use a little triple sec to impress someone drinking it. Triple sec over grand marnier but I guess that's a preference. I rim with sea salt, spicy jalepeno salt or sugar, depending on how spicy I make the margarita and whose drinking it. Just a standard hand shaker to mix and I always use ice in the shaker. I make jalapeno and cucumber jalepeno and also muddle pretty much any fruit for margaritas. If you add the spicy salt rim to say a pomegranate margarita, it will have both ends of the spectrum on taste and flavor. Always on ice, never blended.

I just don't have a lot of pedals... Something I've wanted to do is grow my my pedal collection. Oh, I have a Mesa Boogie Triple rectifier half stack. What amps do you have? My band days are long over and I just have one amp that I use to record which is a small 70's Fender Vibro Champ. It has that vintage tone and sparkle that I like and it records well. I am a Fender guy through and through. I ended up with a Les Paul because a guy at work needed some cash and let it go for $300 so it was a steal I couldn't pass up. I do like it for recording since its got humbuckers and most of my others are single coil. My hands just play better on Strats and Teles As far as pedals, I have probably around 30 but probably 20-25 are ones that I built myself. Clones of classic ones like Tube Screamers, Rats, Small Stones, etc. That's a cool hobby I recommend to any guitar player that likes to tinker around. Once you learn how to solder, making pedals is easy and a lot of fun.

Rum goes down the smoothest imo. I'm big on the margaritas as well. I don't like to buy mixer, I like to use a lemon, lime and orange mix. And im with you...on the rocks only. Good stuff!

Nice Peak. I'm a Fender and Martin man myself. Had an American Tele for a long time. That was by far my favorite guitar I've ever owned. Martin is the way to go for acoustic guitars.

Poker. I play a shit ton, between online and a few trips to the casino a week.
Other than that, I fish and hunt, take care of the yard, and smoke copious amounts of ganja.

Keeping honeybees has been a lot more work than I expected, but I am getting a lot of enjoyment out of it. This year alone I went from 3 to 6 hives and extracted just under 20 gallons of honey. I have not sold any yet, just giving it away to friends and family. I might have the kids set up a booth at the local farmers market and fund their colleges. If I would have sold the honey for average prices this year I would have made $1,800.00. Next year I would expect at least 40 gallons unless I unexpectedly lose hives. Have you tried making specialty honey? Covering the area with something say like lavender to influence the flavour of the honey.

I just posted a couple in the cooking thread. My go to is teriyaki/Worcestershire, but i also did one this weekend with rice vinegar and siracha sauce. I am not a huge fan of spicy food, but I really liked it. I think the red pepper flakes on venison is the best heat.

Surprised not many people coach. I used to coach soccer and it took up about 75% of my hobby time, but I am out. I don't have any interest in renewing or advancing my coaching licenses but when I had to drive and be there anyway, might as well be involved. I have coached people in BJJ tournament's before. I'm really vocal & push the players to be physical. Gave them some golds, too. Latest tournament that I backed out off, a couple of whitebelts requested that I coach them. I didn't show up. LOL!

I'm thinking this a great thread for me to read. We know my old hobbies, two that ive picked up here are bocce ball and bowling. I'm not good, but improving. I can begin to start relearning the use of my prosthetic very soon making steelhead fishing a reality with help from some buds. Physical therapy has done wonders for my stump shoulder.oh, I'm officially out of rehab tomorrow. I was a able to find an apartment in Millcreek, my counselors felt I was ready, so I took the apt. I'd recommend this facility for drunk addicts and ptsd folks. It's been a good ride. Congratulations CB, you've been clean & sober for a couple months now.
Try betting on NFL football. It THAT doesn't drive you over the edge and into the abyss, you're cured.
Yeah, the Lions f*cked me again yesterday.
