The same way the word negro is now vilified. Negro means black in Spanish. Both the color and the term for black people. Ive had some non Spanish people frown at me if I say that word in a Spanish conversation. LOL!  I live here. |

Just a bear update. I'm sober, have been over 10 days, on my own. I go to outpatient care about 3 days a week. Hang out with sober friends. The shoulder injury is healing nicely, the ibuprofen and exercise regime is working great. Still painful but it's usable. Thanks for the help.
