MARICOPA COUNTY REFUSES TO PROVIDE ROUTERS TO ELECTION OFFICIALS
BY ZACHARY STIEBER May 6, 2021 Updated: May 6, 2021
Arizona’s Maricopa County is refusing to turn over routers or router images to election auditors, defying a judge’s ruling.
The Maricopa County Attorney’s Office informed former Republican Secretary of State Ken Bennett of the decision this week. Bennett is the Arizona Senate’s liaison for the audit.
The county was told late last month, while delivering subpoenaed election materials to the state Senate’s custody, that delivering routers, or even images of routers, “posed a significant security risk to law enforcement data utilized by the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office as well as numerous federal agencies.”
“We had previously believed that the risk would be eliminated by redacting the law enforcement data on the routers and not producing it. But we were informed that redaction did not eliminate the risk,” Joseph LaRue, deputy county attorney, told Bennett in a letter obtained by The Epoch Times.
A spokesman for the county told The Epoch Times via email that its technology professionals “determined the information contained in Maricopa County’s routers can be used as blueprints to intercept sensitive county data.”
“Maricopa County has more than 50 different county departments, and the routers the Senate subpoena commanded the County produce support all of these departments, not just elections operations. This includes critical law enforcement data that, by law, cannot be disclosed, as well as Maricopa County residents’ protected health information and full social security numbers,” he added.
“By providing the routers, or even virtual images of routers, sensitive data and the lives of law enforcement personnel could be endangered. The County is continuing to study this issue, and routers remain in the county’s custody for the time being.”
Bennett and Senate President Karen Fann, a Republican, did not respond to requests for comment.
The subpoenas issued by the state Senate to the county last year say auditors require access or control of all routers, tabulators, or some combinations thereof “in order to garner the system logs.”
The subpoena in question was for electronic machines used in the election. Each machine has a log, or record.
The county tried to rebuff the subpoenas, but a judge in February ruled the county must comply with them.
County officials forced auditors to count ballots and review equipment offsite but delivered the materials to the teams late last month. The exclusion of the routers was not reported before this week.
Maricopa County officials said separately on Wednesday that two laboratories tested the voting equipment in February and found no evidence that election machines were connected to the Internet.
But Bennett said on KFYI on Monday that auditors could not confirm that unless they had access to the logs.
“Here we are several weeks into the audit, and we still don’t have some of the information that was subpoenaed by the state Senate from Maricopa County,” he said.
“They told me personally weeks ago that they had taken all the routers and the internet connections and the hubs and everything out of the building so they could send it to us, and we would have the logs when we got into those devices, we would be able to see those logs, that nothing was connected to the Internet during the election. And lo and behold, they don’t show up in the equipment that they said would be delivered to us,” Bennett added.

At this time I wish to express my COMPLETE trust in our elected officials, both state and federal, during this rather odd time.
There is NO reason whatsoever to assume that such officials are actively -- and desperately -- engaged in a vast left-wing conspiracy (as Hillary C. likes to say about the other guys) to conceal the 2020 election fraud.
Never mind those LEGIONS of cyber-investigators who insist there was actual fraud involving MILLIONS of votes. Never mind that Dominion machines have INSTRUCTIONS IN THEIR MANUALS explaining how to connect them to the internet.
Never mind the Lindell "Absoute Proof" video. Never mind those papered-over widows in Detroit at the TCF voting center. Never mind that many counties "had" voter participation rates of MORE THAN ONE HUNDRED PERCENT.
Never mind that lies are spilling out of our Treasonous News Media that such evidence has "been Debunked/Discredited/Disproven".
No, they have not.
Tiny audits of CLEAN counties -- like Cobb in GA -- are the only places where ACTUAL recounts have taken place in Georgia. They are afraid to look at Fulton County (Atlanta) for, um -- undisclosed reasons.
Never mind that officials in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan and Arizona are issuing clown-car excuses for why such independent audits ARE SOMEHOW BAD FOR OUR REPUBLIC.
They are, in fact, ESSENTIAL to the survival of that republic.
Get on the phone and call your congressmen....while THEY ARE STILL LISTENING TO YOU.

AZ SUPREME COURT DECLINES TO HEAR ELECTION FRAUD-RELATED CHALLENGE
BY JACK PHILLIPS May 4, 2021 Updated: May 5, 2021
The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday dismissed a challenge filed by an Arizona resident who had sought to prove claims of election fraud during the Nov. 3 election in her state.
The nine justices, without comment, dismissed a request by Pinal County resident Staci Burk, who had sought access to ballots to prove that some were invalid or fraudulent.
Earlier this year, the Arizona Supreme Court issued a ruling that agreed with a trial court judge in Pinal County that Burk lacked the right to contest the election. The reason given was that she wasn’t a registered voter at the time she filed her lawsuit, as required in state election contests. Both courts also agreed that she made her legal challenge too late, after the five-day period for filing such an action had passed.
“There is nothing before the Court to indicate that Appellant timely contacted the appropriate authorities to correct any problems with her voter registration,” Arizona Supreme Court Chief Justice Robert Brutinel had written. “An election challenge … is not the proper vehicle to reinstate voter registration.”
In her petition to the Supreme Court, Burk wanted a hearing over the question about whether she was a qualified elector under state law, which would thereby allow her to bring claims of evidence of election fraud.
Burk, in an emailed comment, wrote: “It’s very disappointing that the Supreme Court refused to review my Fourteenth Amendment Equal Protection case. I alleged my right to equal protection was denied when my registration was illegally cancelled while nonexistent votes were counted.”
Burk added that the “lower Court did not hear the case on merit and dismissed it on technicalities which the lower Court admitted was due to their own Clerks mistake.”
She added: “I clearly had standing under Spokeo as I had direct and actual harm by being denied the right to vote. I found out just before the election that my registration was illegally cancelled, and was unable to re-register due to being hospitalized for several weeks with pneumonia. I could not register online because I am a ‘protected address’ voter, thus requiring several weeks processing time and a hard copy voter form. The Court dismissed the case without any type of evidentiary hearing to present those facts.”
Burk said that when lawyers argued that the Arizona Supreme Court should dismiss her case, she noted that the court noted that her case wasn’t “dismissed on merit” and alleged there was evidence of fraud that would be admissible in the court.
Meanwhile, an audit ordered by the Arizona state Senate of nearly 2.1 million Maricopa County, Arizona, ballots could last for weeks, according to former Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett, the Senate audit liaison.
Bennett said over the weekend that there is “no deadline” and added that the Senate has been granted permission to the state fairgrounds “for as long as we need it.”
Earlier this year, the Supreme Court threw out a slew of election-related lawsuits, including former President Donald Trump’s last remaining challenge.
The Associated Press contributed to this report.
The case is 20-1243 Burk, Staci V. Ducey, Gov. of Az, et al.

From the Gateway Pundit:
AZ AUDIT DIRECTOR KEN BENNETT: DOMINION REFUSES TO COMPLY WITH SUBPOENA AND TURN OVER PASSWORD TO THEIR MARICOPA COUNTY MACHINES
Arizona Audit Director Ken Bennett joined One America News to discuss the latest developments in the Maricopa County forensic audit.
On Thursday The Gateway Pundit reported on this explosive news from Arizona.
The Maricopa County Election Board claimed this week they do not have ‘Admin’ access to their county’s voting machines.
If this is the case, then the County did not own the election process they ceded it to their external vendor.

System administrators are individuals who have access to the systems at their highest levels. These individuals are able to perform all sorts of duties. They are able to perform most all the functions and changes in a system. They have complete and total control and can even delete or alter system logs.
The fact that the County does not have system administrators who have administrative access to the Dominion voting machines is a big concern. By allowing Dominion to have the administration access only, the County has basically turned over the system to the Dominion voting machine system people. There is no IT control here because that’s been ceded to Dominion.
By the way, in general, most frauds that include IT-related processes have at least one IT person involved in the fraud.
In his interview with OAN Ken Bennett said Dominion is refusing to comply with the State Senate’s subpoena and is hiding the second password for their machines.
Dominion was in charge of the Maricopa County election. And now they are refusing to cooperate with a subpoena.

From The Gateway Pundit: SMOKING GUN E-MAILS REVEAL HOW MILWAUKEE SHARED ELECTION DATA WITH FAR LEFT GROUPS - PROVES EXISTENCE OF MASSIVE BALLOT HARVESTING OPERATIONBy Jim Hoft Published May 7, 2021 at 7:43pm Dan O’Donnell told his audience on Thursday he has obtained emails from the City of Milwaukee and several cities across the state in conjunction with members of the “Grant Team” for the Center of Tech and Civic Life (CTCL) that show that in Milwaukee there were daily reports that provided to private liberal organizations on who exactly was voting. Dan continues, “In my estimation, the only reason for this is the creation of a massive, and I mean massive ballot harvesting operation ahead of 2020 presidential election.” Dan O’Donnell reported earlier on Green Bay officials after they gave far-left operatives access to the voting room and the internet network during the election.
But it was not just Green Bay! According to O’Donnell, Democrat operative Michael Spitzer-Rubenstein was also given access to Milwaukee data and operations. The mayors of the five largest Wisconsin mayors were holding virtual meetings on the election in May and June of last year. They coordinated their efforts to apply for millions from the Zuckerberg-funded CTCL.
By accepting CTCL’s conditions for running the election, the City of Milwaukee—and the other four communities that accepted CTCL money—violated state law. Nothing in the law allows for this sort of thing, yet it quickly became clear that CTCL, not Milwaukee, was effectively running Milwaukee’s election.
In late July, just a few weeks after the CTCL grant to the Wisconsin Five was announced, CTCL’s Josh Goldman emailed Milwaukee Election Commission executive director Claire Woodall-Vogg to offer up “an experienced elections staffer that could potentially embed with your staff in Milwaukee in a matter of days.”
Dan O’Donnell at 1130 WISN reported: Emails obtained via an open records request reveal that the City of Milwaukee did not run the presidential election in accordance with state law and instead turned over administration of it to liberal-leaning groups after receiving a multimillion-dollar grant from Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg. One of these groups, the National Vote at Home Institute, was provided with daily absentee vote data and even asked for the City’s voter database!“By Monday,” Spitzer-Rubenstein wrote in that same email, “I’ll have our edits on the absentee voting instructions. We’re pushing Quickbase to get their system up and running and I’ll keep you updated. I’ll revise the planning tool to accurately reflect the process. I’ll create a flowchart for the vote-by-mail processing that we will be able to share with both inspectors and also observers.”
It goes without saying that Spitzer-Rubenstein, who was neither Milwaukee’s clerk nor a member of city government, was not authorized by the Wisconsin Legislature to do any of this. Yet he did, and Woodall-Vogg let him.
More significantly, once early voting started, she was providing him with a daily update on the numbers of absentee ballots returned and still outstanding in each ward.
“Here’s what I’ll need,” Spitzer-Rubenstein wrote to her in late October, “1) Number of ballot preparation teams, 2) Number of returned ballots per ward, 3) Number of outstanding ballots per ward.”
Even with this private data sharing that no other organization received (or should have received), Spitzer-Rubenstein still wanted more. He wanted access to the Milwaukee Election Commission’s voter database.
“We’re hoping there’s an easier way to get the data out of WisVote than you having to manually export it every day or week,” he wrote. “To that end, we have two questions: 1. Would you or someone else on your team be able to do a screen-share so we can see the process for an export? 2. Do you know if WisVote has an API [application programming interface] or anything similar so that it can connect with other software apps? That would be the holy grail (but I’m not expecting it to be that easy).”
“While I completely understand and appreciate the assistance that is trying to be provided,” Woodall-Vogg replied, “I am definitely not comfortable having a non-staff member involved in the function of our voter database, much less recording it.”
That may have been a bridge too far, but Woodall-Vogg still gave Spitzer-Rubenstein exclusive access to the database in the form of daily reports. Why? What exactly was the National Vote at Home Institute doing with its daily reports? Was it making sure that people were actually voting from home by going door-to-door to collect ballots from voters who had not yet turned theirs in?
Was this data sharing a condition of the CTCL grant? And who was really running Milwaukee’s election? The trove of newly released emails makes clear that it certainly wasn’t Milwaukee. That on its face is a clear violation of Wisconsin law and should spark a thorough investigation into precisely what other laws might have been violated. Jim Hoft

Sooooo....WHY are the miscreants refusing to comply with the judge's order to turn over ALL election equipment and records NOT IN JAIL, RIGHT NOW? It's a valid question. After all, a LOT of people could be found to be in CONTEMPT OF COURT, after weeks of this absolute nonsense. But OF COURSE, none of this should reduce anyone's faith in our legal/judicial system. They're here to SERVE and PROTECT us...don't cha know?

Apparently the Maricopa County audit continues, although the timeline for completion has stretched into June. My prediction is that the DOJ will ultimately stop it or order the results sealed....despite its absolute lack of jurisdiction (in my opinion).
The actual results -- which I believe will show MASSIVE fraud -- will be leaked and "debunked" as lies by our Treasonous News Media. Those speaking out will face awful pressure to disavow any dissent they might feel....encouraged to do so after at least ONE participant gets the Vincent Foster treatment.
Such is the state of our "Union".
At the risk of sounding like my late father-in-law, I am GLAD I'm an old man. I don't want to see what this country will be like in 20-30 years...

From The Arizona Capitol Times:
AZ SENATE TO ISSUE NEW SUBPOENAS FOR ELECTION AUDIT
By: Howard Fischer, Capitol Media Services May 10, 2021
Senate Republican leaders are setting the stage for a new legal fight with Maricopa County.
Kory Langhofer, the attorney for the Senate, said he will be issuing subpoenas today for all five Maricopa County supervisors, demandi demanding they appear to explain why they won’t surrender certain equipment and information for review as part of the audit of the 2020 General Election returns. Langhofer als ng they appear to explain why they won’t surrender certain equipment and information for review as part of the audit of the 2020 General Election returns. Langhofer also said the Senate wants to hear from Scott Jarrett, the county’s director of election day and emergency voting.
But that may just be part of it.
The Senate also may subpoena Maricopa County Sheriff Paul Penzone, a Democrat. That’s because it is Penzone who is telling the supervisors they shouldn’t surrender the county’s computer routers because it would result in “horrendous consequences” for law enforcement personnel.
Those subpoenas will set a date and time for the county officials to appear. And that hearing, in turn, could turn into a debate of not just the legal issues involved but a venue for a very public airing of the merits — and potentially the politics — of the Senate audit.
Potentially more significant is what happens if the senators won’t accept the explanation and the county won’t budge.
That would send the case back to court. And then a judge would have to decide whether prior rulings requiring the county to surrender the ballots and election equipment applies to what senators now insist is necessary.
Senate President Karen Fann said she remains adamant that what the Senate wants is essential to completing the audit. And she told Capitol Media Services that the reticence to produce it makes her desire it even more.
“What are they hiding?” she asked, saying they may not have the confidence in the results they claim. Those results gave Democrat Joe Biden 45,109 more votes in the county than Republican Donald Trump. And that edge was enough to have Biden defeat Trump by 10,457 votes statewide.
The county already has surrendered all nearly 2.1 million ballots as well as the tallying machines and other election equipment. All of that has wound up at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum where the Florida firm of Cyber Ninjas is conducting the review.
But Fann said the company she hired needs two other things to complete its work.
One is a list of passwords to some of the counting equipment that was located at polling centers. County officials have said they don’t have those in their possession because they belong to Dominion Voting Systems, from whom the county leases the equipment.
Fann said she is skeptical, given that the county has claimed to have done its own forensic audits. She questioned how that could have been done without being able to look at everything, including the source code.
A bigger fight, however, surrounds the routers. These are the devices the county uses to funnel computer traffic among its computers.
The routers themselves contain no information on what was transmitted or received.
But what they would show are the unique IP — for internet protocol — addresses of any traffic, both sent and received. And that could answer the allegation that someone, somehow, electronically injected extra votes for Joe Biden into the results.
It is that new request by the Senate that has angered Penzone and caused the supervisors to balk.
“Its most recent demands jeopardize the entire mission of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office,” he said in a prepared statement.
“We are talking about confidential, sensitive and highly classified law enforcement data and equipment that will be permanently compromised,” the sheriff said. “The current course is mind-numbingly reckless and irresponsible.”
Penzone provided no details on how review of the computer traffic from computers used by the sheriff’s office would compromise any investigation or the safety of any officer. But he hinted he would be willing to provide specifics if asked — or subpoenaed.
“It is my hope that additional education of the exposure of this data and equipment will compel the Senate Republican caucus to take a more responsible course of action,” he wrote.
Jack Sellers, who chairs the supervisors, said there’s a separate problem.
“We have learned providing the physical routers will cripple county operations and cost as much as $6 million if we must replace the routers while the Cyber Ninjas have them,” he said. And Sellers said providing “virtual images” of the routers, while dealing with the technical issue of removing them, is not more acceptable because that still leaves the security issues cited by Penzone.
If senators are not satisfied with the explanation, the next step would be for them to ask a judge to declare that they are entitled to the additional information and access.
There is precedent for that — or at least the basic premise.
In February Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Timothy Thomasson swatted down a series of arguments by county officials who argued the lawmakers have no legal basis for the subpoena they issued. And Thomasson brushed aside claims by county officials that the real purpose of the subpoena is not to use the information gathered to review existing election laws but instead to try to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
“Granted, Fann has made public comments about concerns of ‘many voters’ regarding the accuracy of the presidential election and the need to ‘audit’ the election,” he wrote.
“The court is not in a position to determine if the ‘real’ purpose of the subpoenas is to try to ‘overturn’ the result of the election,” Thomasson wrote. Anyway, he said, such a move “would clearly be futile” given that the Electoral College has voted, Congress has confirmed the results, and President Biden has been sworn in.
Anyway, the judge said, is even if the election could somehow be challenged, “there is still a perfectly valid legislative purpose for the subpoenas,” meaning the oversight that the legislature has of elections.

From The Gateway Pundit:
MARICOPA COUNTY ELECTIONS OFFICIALS DELETED ENTIRE DATABASE FROM VOTING MACHINES - INCLUDING "ALL ELECTION INFORMATION" FROM MAIN DATABASE
Published May 12, 2021
By Patty McMurray
Last week, the Gateway Pundit reported about the emergency meeting that was called by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, after the County was reportedly unable to provide passwords to the auditors performing an audit of the county’s 2020 Election results. They also did not provide access to the routers which were requested in the audit as well.
This afternoon, it was discovered that “the entire database” for the 2020 General election, showing the “Results Tally and Reporting,” has been deleted!
100 Percent Fed Up reports– President of the Arizona Senate Karen Fann has written a letter to Chairman Sellers, demanding answers.
Here is the letter to Maricopa County Supervisor Chairman Jack Sellers from Arizona Senate President Karen Fann:
Dear Chairman Sellers:
"I am writing to seek your assistance and cooperation in the resolution of three (3) serious issues that have arisen in the course of the Senate’s ongoing audit of the returns of the November 3, 2020, general election in Maricopa County.
I. Ongoing Non-Compliance with the Legislative Subpoenas
The first issue concerns Maricopa County’s apparent intent to renege on its previous commitment to comply fully with the legislative subpoenas issued on January 13, 2021, which, as you know, Judge Thomason found were valid and enforceable.
To date, attorneys for Maricopa County have refused to produce virtual images of routers used in connection with the general election, relying on a conclusory and unsupported assertion that providing the routers would somehow “endanger the lives of law enforcement officers, their operations, or the protected health information and personal data of Maricopa County’s citizens.”
If true, the fact that Maricopa County stores on its routers substantial quantities of citizens’ and employees’ highly sensitive personal information is an alarming indictment of the County’s lax data security practices, rather than of the legislative subpoenas.
Similarly, the County’s assertion that producing the internet routers for inspection would cost up to $6,000,000 seems at odds with Deputy County Attorney Joseph La Rue’s prior representation to Audit Liaison Ken Bennett that the routers already had been disconnected from the County’s network and were prepared for imminent delivery to the Senate.
Nevertheless, in an effort to resolve the dispute regarding production of the routers, we propose that agents of CyFIR, an experienced digital forensics firm and subcontractor of Cyber Ninjas, review virtual images of the relevant routers in Maricopa County facilities and in the presence of representatives of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office. Such an arrangement would permit Maricopa County to retain custody and monitor the review of router data while ensuring that the Senate may access the information it requires—and to which it is constitutionally entitled—to successfully complete its audit. The Senate has no interest in viewing or taking possession of any information that is unrelated to the administration of the 2020 general election.
Separately, Maricopa County has refused to provide the passwords necessary to access vote tabulation devices. Its attorneys’ insistence that the County does not have custody or control of this information is belied by the County’s conduct of its own audits, which, if they were as comprehensive as they purported to be, almost certainly would have entailed use of the passwords to examine the tabulation devices, and it strains credulity to posit that the County has no contractual right to obtain (i.e., control of) password information from Dominion.
II. Chain of Custody and Ballot Organization Anomalies
As the audit has progressed, the Senate’s contractors have become aware of apparent omissions, inconsistencies, and anomalies relating to Maricopa County’s handling, organization, and storage of ballots. We hope you can assist us in understanding these issues, including specifically the following:
The County has not provided any chain-of-custody documentation for the ballots.Does such documentation exist, and if so, will it be produced? The bags in which the ballots were stored are not sealed, although the audit team has found at the bottom of many boxes cut seals of the type that would have sealed a ballot bag. Why were these seals placed at the bottom of the boxes?
Batches within a box are frequently separated by only a divider without any indication of the corresponding batch numbers. In some cases, the batch dividers are missing altogether. This lack of organization has significantly complicated and delayed the audit team’s ballot processing efforts. What are the County’s procedures for sorting, organizing, and packaging ballot batches?
Most of the ballot boxes were sealed merely with regular tape and not secured by any kind of tamper-evident seal.Is that the County’s customary practice for storing ballots?
The audit team has encountered a significant number of instances in which there is a disparity between the actual number of ballots contained in a batch and the total denoted on the pink report slip accompanying the batch. In most of these instances, the total on the pink report slip is greater than the number of ballots in the batch, although there are a few instances in which the total is lower. What are the reasons for these discrepancies? For your reference, please see several illustrative (i.e., not comprehensive) examples in the table below:
For your convenience, images of the corresponding pink report slips are attached in Exhibit A.
III. Deleted Databases
We have recently discovered that the entire “Database” directory from the D drive of the machine “EMSPrimary” has been deleted. This removes election related details that appear to have been covered by the subpoena. In addition, the main database for the Election Management System (EMS) Software, “Results Tally and Reporting,” is not located anywhere on the EMSPrimary machine, even though all of the EMS Clients reference that machine as the location of the database. This suggests that the main database for all election-related data for the November 2020 General Election has been removed. Can you please advise as to why these folders were deleted, and whether there are any backups that may contain the deleted folders? The image below shows the location of the files known to be deleted. In addition, the main database for “Results Tally and Reporting” is not present.
I am hopeful that we can constructively resolve these issues and questions without recourse to additional subpoenas or other compulsory processes. To that end, I invite you and any other officers or employees of Maricopa County (to include officials in the Elections Department) who possess knowledge or information concerning the matters set forth above to a meeting at the Arizona State Capitol on Tuesday, May 18, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. in Hearing Room 109. Chairman Petersen, former Secretary Bennett, and I will attend the meeting, which will be live-streamed to the public.
Please let me know at your earliest convenience whether you accept my invitation and, if so, which Maricopa County personnel will attend.
Thank you for your cooperation on these important issues of public concern."
Respectfully,
Karen Fann, President
Arizona State Senate
When inspectors received the boxes of ballots where the audit was being performed, the tamper-proof tape was cut on the boxes and the number of ballots inside the boxes was not the same as what was reported by the County reporter, and what was turned over to the Senate don’t line up.
A week before the machines were turned over, records were deleted by an administrator—this has to be treated as an act of intentional cover-up!
The Maricopa Arizona Audit team has also tweeted about the breaking bombshell:
Maricopa County deleted a directory full of election databases from the 2020 election cycle days before the election equipment was delivered to the audit. This is spoliation of evidence!
Why would the database be deleted unless there was something massive they were trying to hide? This article is for everyone who’s been trying to convince Americans that no voter fraud took place in the November election and that it was the safest and most secure election in modern history.
Nothing to see here!

An update from Sidney Powell, and some links from the past that give some clues about Dominion's background.... "Dear Patriots, The hit pieces we predicted last week are incoming now in clearly coordinated droves! We note that as soon as Sidney called out Dominion after the election, the company hired Obama's "public relations" machine, and the smear campaign of lies is going full force!Multiple outlets are piling on to spread lies about Sidney and her use of funds from Defending the Republic. The truth IS in the AP article but it is buried in paragraphs nine and ten. QUOTE FROM ARTICLE: Powell didn't respond to interview requests, but one of her attorneys said she denies Dominion's accusations. Powell's personal legal bills are covered by her malpractice carrier, and her nonprofit has a proper corporate structure with a board of directors, said her lawyer, Howard Kleinhendler. "She does not have unfettered control over its funds or how the funds are spent," Kleinhendler wrote in an email. "DTR intends to comply with all federal and state filing requirements when they are due. At that time, you as well as the rest of the world will see the necessary financials." These charges are being made by Dominion Voting Systems. Remarkably, Dominion is not only suing Sidney personally for exposing their crimes in the 2020 election, but Dominion is also suing her law firm and Defending the Republic itself. Dominion deliberately is causing Defending the Republic to expend funds to defend itself. The same is true for Sidney. That's part of the evil game they play: cause diversion of time, energy, and resources of all who seek the truth. And, they coordinate it all with their media powerhouses to brainwash any of the public who listens. Please help us share the truth. Between suits in separate jurisdictions by Dominion, Eric Coomer who worked for Dominion, and Smartmatic who is intertwined with Dominion, Sidney personally is being sued for more than $4 BILLION for standing up for the truth and the American people. Dominion is especially panicked now because its crimes are being exposed in greater detail with the Arizona Audit. More evidence of their crimes will be exposed as the lawsuits against Sidney and Defending the Republic progress—that is, unless the case is dismissed on various legal grounds including the lack of any valid claim against Sidney or DTR. To read the pleadings, go to SidneyPowell.com or DefendingTheRepublic.org. Here is a quote from Sidney: "It is maddening that these allegations have been floated by Dominion to the FAKE NEWS for dissemination. The donations from freedom loving people are held by us as a sacred trust. They were given with the belief and confidence that I, through Defending the Republic, would do all we could to expose vote fraud and help people who have been damaged by exposing vote fraud and protect the God-given rights enshrined in our Constitution. That is exactly what we are doing and will continue to do. Anyone who has supported Defending the Republic can have full faith that their donations are being properly used. My insurance carriers and I are funding my personal defense even though it would be proper for Defending The Republic to do so under these circumstances." Hmmmm. It looks like the SAME KIND OF OBSTRUCTION & FOOT-DRAGGING THAT IS TAKING PLACE IN THE MARICOPA COUNTY ELECTION AUDIT IS BEING REPEATED IN THE NEW HAMPSHIRE AUDIT!
From The Gateway Pundit:
NEW HAMPSHIRE FORENSIC AUDIT UPDATE: ASST. AG SEEN WALKING TOWARD TABLE COVERED WITH "SECURED" BALLOTS AT 11:45 PM BEFORE CAMERA FOOTAGE WENT OUT FOR AN HOUR
By Patty McMurray Published May 16, 2021 at 8:30pm
On February 11, the Gateway Pundit reported about a November hand recount in the Rockingham District 7 NH House Race in Windham, New Hampshire, that found that the voting machines shorted EVERY REPUBLICAN by roughly 300 votes.
Shortly after their report, the New Hampshire state senate voted 24-0 to force the state to perform an audit of the Windham, New Hampshire state representative races on November 3, 2020.
Granite Grok reported:
The Town of Windham used Dominion machines to count paper ballots and upon a believable hand recount, it was confirmed each Republican was machine-cheated out of roughly 300 votes.
BREAKING: Michigan Voter Fraud Atty. Matt DePerno's Office Broken Into - Then VFW Hall Cancels DePerno Presser After Threats!
You would think this would have been solved by the Dominion machine company, the Secretary of State, the Elections Unit of the AG’s Office, or the laughable Ballot Law Commission. (Kathy Sullivan, d (Term expires July 1, 2024)
Nope.
Just like every other state that used machines that alter ballot counts in favor of one political party over another – here we are.
On March 6th, the Gateway Pundit reported that New Hampshire Secretary of State Gardner agreed to a complete forensic audit of the Windham voting machines and the ballots.
100 Percent Fed Up – On May 2, Jim Hoft from The Gateway Pundit and Patty McMurray from 100% Fed Up interviewed New Hampshire activist Ken Eyring and Windham, New Hampshire Selectman Bruce Breton about the controversial selection of Verified Voting to conduct the forensic audit of the November election.
Of the five Windham Selectman tasked with hiring the team that would oversee the election audit, Bruce Breton was the lone vote to select Jovan Pulitzer as the auditor for the upcoming forensic audit. One Selectman abstained from voting, and the other three Windham Selectmen selected Mark Lindeman from Verified Voting to oversee the audit of the 2020 election ballots in the conservative community.
A large group of Windham citizens showed up to the next Selectmen meeting to express their concern over the appointment of Lindeman, who only days before signed a letter to Arizona Senate President Karen Fann stating that he was against their ongoing audit of Maricopa County.
From the Gateway Pundit – New Hampshire Secretary of State William Gardner chose the second investigator for the Windham audit.
Despite calls and emails from New Hampshire residents to choose Jovan Pulitzer, Gardner disappointed his constituents and chose Harri Hursti, who has years of experience investigating voting machines.
Harri Hursti is (or was) also an Advisory Board member for Verified Voting which is also very concerning.
Philip Stark was chosen as the third auditor to round out the process.
Via The New Hampshire Department of Justice:
Philip Stark is a University of California mathematician who made headlines when he resigned from Verified Voting in 2019.
Alternet reported on Stark back in 2019.
Verified Voting, the national advocacy group seeking accountable election results, has been “providing cover” for untrustworthy new voting systems and the public officials buying them, according to an esteemed academic board member who has resigned in protest.
“VV [Verified Voting] is on the wrong side,” said the resignation letter from Philip Stark, a University of California mathematician who created a vote-verification tool being adopted by growing numbers of states that has been widely promoted by Verified Voting and advocacy groups following its lead.
Verified Voting is a heavyweight in election policy circles. It relies on its academic credentials to tell public officials to trust them and to dismiss competing views. To be accused by the inventor of its “gold-standard” audit solution of selling out while states and counties are buy voting technology that will be used into the 2030s is remarkable.
That tool Stark is concerned about is called a risk-limiting audit (RLA). It uses statistics and manual examinations of a subset of hand-marked paper ballots to assess with 95 percent certainty if the election results were accurate. The problem is that vendors have been pushing new voting systems that replace hand-marked ballots with computer-printed ballot summary cards. (The cards display a voter’s choices in text and barcodes. The cards’ barcodes are used to tally results at the process’s next stage.)
Stark and other critics say that the cards produced by a so-called ballot-marking device (BMD) may not be accurate because potentially insecure software sits between a voter’s fingers and the printout. Thus, Stark contends that his audit tool cannot assess if the reported result is correct. Also, BMD systems are far more costly than hand-marked ballot systems, he and other critics have said. They note that the acquisition costs are followed by per-machine service agreements designed to generate millions in annual revenues for vendors.
Stark is the third member of the Windham audit team.
Shortly after the audit began, Granite Grok’s Steve MacDonald, who’s done an amazing job of keeping Americans updated on the New Hampshire election irregularities, reported about what he believes was a highly unusual late-night visit to the room where the audit is taking place by none other than New Hampshire’s Assistant AG Ann Edwards.
My contact in Windham tells me that, before the cameras go out, the state Trooper (also pictured) can be heard saying something to the effect that there’s nobody else in the room.
Of course not. It’s a secured room shortly before midnight.
We are interested in why the trooper would say that. Or why the live stream microphones were on before the cameras (all pictures and audio) were off for an hour and 15 minutes. But why was Ann Edwards from the NH AG’s office even there at that hour?
At 11:15 pm on Wednesday. And then the cameras go black for over an hour.
According to my source, on Thursday morning, there were four more boxes of ballots than the original number signed off by Nicole from the Town of Windham. The Windham clerk signed off 23 boxes, but the auditors have 27?
We spoke with New Hampshire Chairman of the Government Integrity Project (GIP) Ken Eyring, who explained that he believes the audit is not properly being conducted.
Since the very beginning, the NH Attorney General’s office has ignored performing any meaningful investigation.
Ken Eyring wrote a piece for the Granite Grok In his blog post, Eyring explains the current state of the election audit in NH:
The reluctance by the AG’s office from the beginning has carried over into the forensic audit process, where it appears they are stifling transparency at every opportunity. What is very concerning, is that the law is clear who should be running the audit process… and it’s not the AG’s office.
The law states,
“The audit process shall be determined by the forensic election audit team.”
To be blunt, the AG’s office should be hands-off. Period. She has been told that, point-blank by Senator Giuda – the sponsor of the Bill. But Edwards continues to interject the AG’s office and its enforcers into the process when Sen. Giuda is not around.
Take a look at this interview I had with WMUR’s Adam Sexton this past Tuesday. It speaks volumes about the process and lack of transparency. This is the tip of the iceberg. I’ll provide more in the upcoming days.
According to Steve MacDonald, there’s more…
Why is the NH AG’s office, which refused to investigate the election discrepancies for months now and has no statutory authority, “taking over the audit” and directing the auditors (who for some unknown reason are listening to them)?
Why is the LHS Associates guy, Jeff Silvestro, whose business stands to lose large if these ballot-counting machines prove to be the source of the problem (we use them all over the state), there every day all day chatting up the NH AG’s office reps on site, Ann Edwards and Nick Chong Yen? They just never say HOW. Or WHEN. Or WHERE.
Seems to be a bit of a gap in their reporting, there....

Rep. Matt Gaetz Leads Coalition Demanding Biden Regime to Stop Interfering with Arizona Election Audit May 17, 2021
Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) is leading a coalition along with Reps. Paul Gosar (R-AZ), Marjorie Tayor Greene (R-GA) and Andy Biggs (R-AZ) demanding that the ongoing election audit in Arizona must be protected from federal interference.
They are up in arms about a letter sent from the Department of Justice (DOJ) to Arizona senate president Karen Fann, threatening her with potential charges if she and the auditors proceeded with their efforts that have been sanctioned under state law.
The four lawmakers issued a rebuttal letter noting how federal law enforcement under the Biden regime is echoing the talking points of far-left special interest groups at war with the Bill of Rights and Constitution.
“Amazingly your May 5 letter mirrors an April 29, 2021, letter sent to the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division by three left-leaning organizations, The Brennan Center for Justice, The Leadership Conference, and Protect Democracy. Such cribbing from these Leftist groups suggests that you are more concerned with your political fellow-travelers than election integrity,” the legislators wrote in their email.
“You also intimate that the independent auditor’s plan to investigate whether questionable voter registrations correspond to the purported voter might equate to voter intimidation, when in reality the very letter you sent to Senator Fann is an attempt at intimidation, with the goal of convoluting this important audit. I urge you to uphold your duty to preserve Americans’ civil rights and support this audit, which will clear the air and restore election confidence, instead of trying to meddle in it,” they added.
Big League Politics has reported on how evidence mysteriously disappeared before the Maricopa County audit could commence after weeks of constant obstruction from scared and desperate Democrats:
“The individuals conducting the audit in Maricopa County have reported that a directory of election databases were suspiciously deleted before the audit was scheduled to take place…
The frame job may be in after the federal Department of Justice (DOJ) issued a letter to lawmakers in Arizona threatening them about compromised ballots.
The DOJ is claiming that the auditors may be violating civil rights law because ensuring electoral integrity could offend the delicate sensibilities of minority voters.
Big League Politics reported on the shameful overreach by DOJ thugs in enforcing their election fraud cover-up…
If the Democrats had nothing to hide, they would not be doing everything in their power to stop transparency. The Maricopa County audit could be the key to exposing what may be the greatest crime in U.S. history.”
Gaetz is leading a coalition to make sure the feds cannot hit the brave heroes who are leading the audit with bogus charges. Full transparency and accountability are needed before any election can be trusted again in the former land of the free.

From The Epoch Times:
GEORGIA JUDGE DECIDES TO UNSEAL ABSENTEE BALLOTS IN FULTON COUNTY FOR REVIEW
May 21, 2021 12:07, Last Updated: May 21, 2021 14:04 By Zachary Stieber
A judge in Georgia on Friday ruled to unseal absentee ballots submitted in the 2020 presidential election.
The Epoch Times Petitioners in an ongoing case will be able to go to where the ballots are stored in Fulton County, Henry County Superior Court Judge Brian Amero said at the conclusion of a hearing.
Amero plans to issue an order soon that will set forth protocols governing a fresh scanning of the ballots, which will be done by county workers while petitioners and their experts observe.
A group of voters filed a petition last year asking for a forensic inspection of mail-in ballots that were sent in for the 2020 election. The petition alleged an abnormal vote increase for Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden and an abnormal reduction in President Donald Trump’s tabulation, among other alleged abnormalities.
Amero allowed the petitioners in March access to scanned images of the ballots, but attorneys for the petitioners argued in court that the resolution, 200 dots per inch (DPI), was too low to perform proper analysis.
The petitioners asked for images at 600 DPI or higher, and access to the ballots themselves.
David Sawyer, a forensics expert, testified for the petitioners. He said he identified a discrepancy in the number of batches that were received by petitioners and the number that Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger’s office listed as having been examined in a risk-limiting audit.
He told the judge that direct access to ballots would be best “because that’s the original evidence, and that’s the best evidence.”
Lawyers for Fulton County and Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr, a Republican, argued that letting the petitioners examine the ballots outside of the presence of county workers would violate federal law. They also said a “citizen audit” wasn’t provided for in state law. If the judge allowed such an audit, he should pick the auditing team or allow the parties to reach an agreement on which firms should do the audit, they added.
Amero assured them he was largely of the same mind.
“I have no inclination at all to release these ballots to anyone other than the clerk or the county,” he said.
But he pushed back on the notion that petitioners did not have the ability to get better scans of the ballots or visually inspect them.
“That seems to be something that they have the authority and the right to do,” he said.
“I have never seen in this case a motion to dismiss from anyone for any reason and in the absence of considering things in that way then this does take the form of a civil case where there is some discovery” under state law, he said.
The parties are scheduled to meet at the Fulton County ballot storage location on May 28.
Raffensperger told The Epoch Times via email: “From day one I have encouraged Georgians with concerns about the election in their counties to pursue those claims through legal avenues. Fulton County has a long standing history of election mismanagement that has understandably weakened voters’ faith in its system. Allowing this audit provides another layer of transparency and citizen engagement.”
Raffensperger, who asked the judge last month not to grant petitioners access to the physical ballots, will have a representative present next week.
Fulton County did not return an inquiry.

ANOTHER likely corrupt, probably-guilty-of-conspiracy Republican official has been convinced to make another redundant complaint about the Arizona election-audit, saying it "has no reason" for being done!
BUT MR. RICHER: HOW ABOUT THE FACTS ABOUT MASSIVE IRREGULARITIES IN PROCEDURES AND BALLOT HANDLING, NOT TO MENTION SCORES OF SWORN TESTIMONIALS CLAIMING TO HAVE WITNESSED ELECTION FRAUD?
HOW ABOUT THE FACT THAT THE AUDIT WAS APPROVED BY THE REPUBLICAN-CONTROLLED AZ SENATE, IN RESONSE TO THE PUBLIC OUTCRY? DO THE VOTERS OF AZ NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE THEIR VOICES HEARD?
....It's getting hilarious, watching the mainstream news media DESPERATELY attempt to discredit the post- election audits that are popping up in the Fraud States!
COUNT THE LIES AND MISREPRESENTATIONS FROM THIS CROOKED CLOWN in the article below....I have embolded them for easy identification!
"NO LEGITIMATE REASON" FOR ARIZONA AUDIT: MARICOPA COUNTY'S GOP RECORDER
MEG CUNNINGHAM and TINA YIN Mon, May 24, 2021, 6:28 PM
Arizona's partisan audit of Maricopa County's 2.1 million ballots restarted on Monday, as county officials seek litigation over ballot handling and potential defamation.
Stephen Richer, the Republican recorder in charge of administering Maricopa County's elections, has started speaking out against the process, and said Monday on ABC News Live's "The Breakdown," that there was no "legitimate reason that would have prompted this audit."
"It's happening, not because the evidence merits it," Richer told ABC News Senior National Correspondent Terry Moran. "All the tests came back clean. The parties themselves oversaw the hand-count auditing of 47,000 plus votes."
Richer told Moran he takes issue with the fact that Cyber Ninjas, a Florida-based cybersecurity company with no experience in auditing elections, was the firm the Senate chose after it used its subpoena power to compel election machines and ballots.
"And the frustrating bit is that some professional, legitimate companies did make bids to the Arizona Senate to do this work and we would have welcomed that," he said.
Richer, who was elected in November, began voicing concerns about the audit after officials falsely claimed on Twitter that Maricopa County deleted voter files before surrendering ballots and voting machines to the Senate. The lie that the county deleted those files then spread across the internet, even drawing attention from former President Donald Trump, who lost Arizona by just over 10,000 votes in November.
"This is where this crossed the line for me," he told ABC News Monday. "I wanted to stay out of this, but when the good workers of Maricopa County -- who are my friends, my teammates, my staff -- are accused of unlawfully destroying evidence under my watch, then I had to say something."
Richer eventually weighed in on the process and fired back at audit officials on Twitter.
"Enough with the defamation," he wrote on Twitter on May 14. "Enough with the unfounded allegations. I came to this office to competently, fairly, and lawfully administer the duties of the office. Not to be accused by own party of shredding ballots and deleting files for an election I didn't run. Enough."
The county wrote to the Senate on Friday, asking them to preserve all documents related to the administration of the audit in a litigation hold. Richer told Moran on Monday that the county is looking to pursue charges of defamation.
"If the auditors want to look for bamboo paper, fine if they want to use UV lights, fine. I don't think that will convince anyone about the validity of their efforts," he said. "That's one thing, it's entirely a different thing to be accusing us of breaking the law, and not just accusing us, but the manner in which they did it. They did it from an anonymously run Twitter account."
Election experts, including Arizona's Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, have said that the procedures used for conducting the audit don't fit the status quo and that the results will not be trustworthy. Hobbs also wrote to the county warning that the voting machines they rented would be unusable in future elections due to "grave concerns regarding the security and integrity of these machines" during the audit, when they were not in the hands of official vendors certified by the Election Assistance Commission.
Arizona's so-called audit, which election experts say is not legitimate, is now fueling calls for new audits in other states. Late last week, a Georgia judge agreed to unseal absentee ballots in Fulton County, despite the fact that those ballots were already recounted three times.

Included among Richer's lies above are AZ SOS Katie Hobbs' lies (she claims the results of the audit, which is being monitored by observers and recorded from NINE SEPARATE CAMERA ANGLES, will not be trustworthy). Rich ALSO repeated the lie -- started as a gaslight attempt by others in the AZ media -- THAT THERE WAS NO DATA DELETED in violation of a judge's order! BUT THE INTENTIONAL DELETION HAS BEEN VERIFIED BY CYBER NINJAS OFFICIALS, WHO RECOVERED THE DATA INDEPENDENTLY! The Cyber Ninjas auditor in question -- Ben Cotton -- was "misquoted by some media outlets" (imagine that!) when the deletion of the "Databases" directory on the EMS Primary Server was discovered. Cotton confirmed that he had to use the forensic data recovery process to recover the data. The above article makes a passing reference to 47,000 Fulton County, GA votes that had been (THEY claim) independently hand-counted. But a complete forensic audit of 2.1 MILLION votes in Maricopa County disturbs the Hell out of them. I cannot BEGIN to understand why.... One can only look -- with grim satisfaction -- as these crooked bastards absolutely FREAK OUT AT THE PROSPECT OF MORE AUDITS happening around the country! They wouldn't even MENTION the word "audit" three months ago....but now they CANNOT SHUT UP about how "unnecessary, Un-American and untrustworthy" they are! Help me out here, folks. WHAT ARE THESE SELF-RIGHTEOUS PHONIES AFRAID OF? I just don't get it.

Two posts above, ANOTHER Mainstram News Media lie appears: they claim that the Fulton County (GA) absentee-ballot audit is redundant...."because those were already counted three times".
Nuh-Uh, guys. Your noses are growing....again!
And the "bamboo paper" references (by Mr. Richer in the AZ Audit) are simply ANOTHER clumsy attempt at gaslighting, of course. Somehow it seeks to suggest a search for phony ballots from overseas (China?).... where it can be proven that actual vote-switching took place -- illegally, and electronically over the internet -- through foreign routers!
See Mike Lindell's Absolute Proof video for details.

DEMS DESPERATE TO STOP GA AUDIT AFTER MASSIVE AFFADAVIT RELEASED
May 24, 2021
Radio host John Fredericks joined the Steve Bannon’s War Room to talk about the audit taking place in Georgia.
He began by saying that two Georgia state senators have called for the Georgia Bureau of Investigation to get involved in the audit taking place in Georgia.
(To be clear, these GA Senators are likely local GA Senators (Georgia has 56 of them, one per district).... not Ossoff and Warnock, the two "newly-elected" crooks. It's NOT likely these two Democrats want the truth to come out, for obvious reasons).
That isn’t the only bombshell he dropped either.
According to Fredricks, they have 6 affidavits from Georgia election officials claiming that up to 30,000 Georgia ballots were fake.
There was a group of 950 military mail-in ballots that were 100% for Joe Biden!
This is described as STATISTICALLY IMPOSSIBLE!

From The Gateway Pundit:
ARIZONA SENATE IS REPORTEDLY CONSIDERING AN ADDITIONAL AUDIT OF MARICOPA COUNTY - THIS TIME INCLUDING ALL THE 2020 ELECTION RESULTS
By Joe Hoft
Arizona’s Senate is considering another audit of Maricopa County’s 2020 Election results. This will supplement and confirm the results from the current audit going on in the Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum.
The Washington Examiner reports:
The Arizona Senate may sign a deal for another 2020 election review in Maricopa County following reports that some overseers of the audit are dissatisfied with the process.
The present audit, which includes a review of 2.1 million ballots cast in the state’s November election in the county, has been underway since April 23 at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Phoenix, led by the hired firm Cyber Ninjas. Audit liaison, former Secretary of State Ken Bennett, told a reporter with CBS5 News on Thursday that hand counters had gone through more than 800,000 ballots so far. Organizers have said they hope to finish by the end of June.
But the GOP-led state Senate is already eyeing another recount that would be entirely electronic, running digital images of ballots through a program to count all votes cast for every race on the county’s ballot, according to the Arizona Republic. Bennett told the outlet they are considering a California-based election transparency nonprofit group called Citizens Oversight for the job, and the results from both audits could be compared to one another.
We haven’t heard of any reports of any overseers of the audit being dissatisfied as is reported above. The more logical reason for this move is to confirm the results of Cyber Ninjas which will be criticized by the Democrats no matter what. If another firm is hired that can look at images and determine the validity of the results (in a similar way that Jovan Pulitzer has conveyed in the past) this would add a ton of credibility to the Cyber Ninja’s results and prevent Democrats from saying the results are not correct.
Also, the second audit can look at all the races in the county other than the President and Senate races which are being audited in Arizona right now.
This also indicates they have found or expect to find enough fraudulent ballots that will overturn the election results in the state. If all results to date agreed with the final results as certified by the corrupt Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, they wouldn’t bother with another audit.
Remember that the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors hired two audit firms at a cost of over $100,000 to the county and neither firm looked at a single ballot. Each firm looked at a couple of voting machines, took them apart for some unknown reason, and then claimed the election results in the County were accurate.
This looks like a great move by the Senate in Arizona. Karen Fann and team are to be saluted on their actions so far. Also, huge praise to the patriots in Arizona who would not take no as an answer, and may the group that will ultimately save this country.
