Also on the lifts today, a BMW, a Dodge and...an F-150. BMW, Dodge, and perhaps the single most common vehicle in America

That's probably true. But, millions of people eat at McDonald's every day as well. Doesn't mean their food is good.

Hilarious that Mr Maga over here is shitting on the only domestic auto manufacturer not to go bankrupt and require government funding to keep their company afloat.

Do you live in such a drab world that everything is that black and white to you? Do you even know how Ford was able to make it through all of that by the skin of their teeth? Because it involves selling off very shitty (GLOBALIST) assets that were not making any money, and mortgaging the fuck out of the company. I guess you should probably be giving the rest of the country the same ration of crap that you're giving me because no one is buying Ford cars anymore, to the point that they aren't making cars for this country anymore except for the fricking Mustang. So they are stuck with a subpar Pony car and trucks that break a lot. Sounds like a great business plan.

Just pointing out a little irony, buddy. You're awfully sensitive to absolutely everything I say lately. I hope things are well.

I'm fine, but irony isn't when your own preconceived notions prove to be false. Supporting Trump ≠ blind support of every company in America. Also, Ford is about as American as BMW. Except that BMW makes more cars in this country than Ford does. Take a look for yourself if you want. Ford always makes sure to mention that they manufacture more vehicles in North America than anyone else does. But that's a continent, and that continent includes Mexico, where most Fords are built with parts sourced from....China. No other industry in the world is more globalized than the automotive industry. So I guess Mr. MAGA (me!) wasn't really doing anything ironic by saying Ford sucks.

First truck I ever bought was a 1967 Chevy C-20. I was always a Chevy guy, I had an 86 El Camino, a 96 Astro van and a 96 Silverado. Eventually bought a brand new Colorado z71 in 2006, but I was really unhappy with that decision. So I bought a Dodge Ram Rebel 1500 4x4 hemi in 2016. I had some experience driving the Dodge Ram when I'd rent them from Enterprise when my Colorado kept breaking down. Everyone talks shit on Dodge trucks and their transmissions. But I'm approaching 40k miles on my truck and I haven't had any issues to report, so far. I haven't had a chance to offroad with it here in Commiefornia, because offroading is illegal here. So i cant report on its offroading abilities just yet but I'm moving out of state to the desert soon, so I'll be offroading the wheels off this thing real soon. Very happy with dodge so far.

Ended up getting an F150 for pretty cheap. Which is good because it failed inspection. Fuel is leaking from the reservoir. Guy took a look at it and said it shouldn't be a bad fix. Will need a clutch in the next year or so but I got it for 1200 less than what he asked.

Do you have the '67 Chevy or El Camino anymore? I kept everything running as long as possible, something always breaks down on those old cars... but after I got married all the garage projects ended up on the chopping block. Wish I would've held onto that el camino though, even despite how hard it was to get it registered here in California due to the super strict smog regulations... ...I didn't have to smog the 67 truck because the smog only goes back to 73, so that thing didnt even have mufflers on it. It was Loud as fuck. Exahaust pipes ended at the doors. I drove that el Camino to my high school graduation, and then later that nite I laid waste to my high school girlfriend right there on the bench seat. Good memories.
