if I'm Conor, ain't no way in hell I am jumping in there with Tony or Khabib. Too much to lose, too little to gain...regardless if he truly believes he can beat them or not. Right now, even with the Mayweather loss, he's at the top. The Fucking Top. He can do whatever (movies, boxing, WWE, you name it) he wants. If he goes in there and gets smashed by Tony or Khabib, two guys that, outside hardcore MMA fans, nobody knows, his stock is really going to take a hit. Maybe it will be worth the risk if the UFC pays him 20-30 million for the fight but I don't see them doing it. So then who do you thinking he'd be willing to fight other than GSP? I say that because that seems to be the obvious answer everyone has as to who he'd think was worth the money (even though I've never heard Conor say he wants to fight him) but that's ONE guy and that might not ever happen. ONE guy doesn't cut it. So what, do you guys think Conor is essentially going to leave the UFC and retire or some shit? Cause I don't think he will. Obviously he wants to try to get a big pay day, but at the end of the day there just aren't many guys in the UFC who can fight that have name value for him. Eventually, he'll be forced to make a choice to either continue to fight for the UFC and take fights with typical contenders like Khabib and Tony or retire. The UFC doesn't have a million GSP/Anderson types of fights for him. It's time for him to make a choice as to whether or not he actually gives a shit about being a REAL FIGHTER anymore or just a fucking diva. What pisses me off is that obviously Conor is ONE of the GOATs with being the first to hold two belts at once and all the fights he's won, but he's not IMO the absolute GOAT who's the greatest all time MMA fighter, and there ARE guys who can seriously threaten him or possibly beat him like Khabib or Tony. Through some combo of having great skills and being able to market himself he's managed to convince everyone that he alone is untouchable in the MMA world when IMO that's just not true. The UFC has had a lot of GOATS from GSP to Anderson to BJ to Jones and Conor is NOT IMO head and shoulders above all of them. All of those guys (minus Jones) have lost, and Conor is not above losing either. Shit, even someone like Frankie Edgar would probably go out there and give him all he can handle if not possibly beat him. He's not the uber-MMA King he thinks he is. He really is the uber-MMA king that he thinks he is... people trying to hate on him and find something, but the fact of the matter is that he is the greatest, smartest fighter of all time. Much easier to accept and enjoy his fights/antics than to try to nitpick at him and find a reason to doubt him.

I enjoy his fights and sometimes his antics, but in the end, the UFC still holds the cards and he'll be forced to either choose something else to do like acting or boxing which is the easy route, or go back to the UFC and defend his belts. Sooner or later he'll be stripped if he doesn't defend. I want to see him fight Khabib and be put in his place and then he'll be shown to not simply be better than every other fighter out there. He's ONE of the best but I wouldn't like his chances in coming out undefeated if he fought Khabib, Ferguson and Edgar, and in fact, I think he'd quite possibly take 2 losses if he fought all 3 of those guys.

UFC is dumb for giving one guy that kind of leverage. Morons.
Khabib whips Conor and everyone knows it.

He may not be the greatest fighter of all time but it's hard to argue that he's not the most successful fighter of all time.
Mayweather may be richer than Conor but he wasn't at 29 years old and I doubt he had anywhere near the amount of opportunities outside the ring/cage as Conor.
While I'd love to see Conor fight again, I can't say it would be the smartest thing to do. Even if he beat Khabib and/or Tony, he'd still get the hate.

So do you think he'll ever fight in the UFC again? I mean it's true it would be smarter for him to retire on top. If he does then he can become a movie star and be this untouchable MMA-god (even having lost to Mayweather doesn't really ruin that cause it was boxing) but if he losses badly to Khabib or Tony he won't be able to make as much money. Then again, Rousey lost and will probably make it in the movies so maybe he still could.

I'm wondering what she thought of the Cyborg/Holm fight the other night and if she still thinks she could take Cyborg LOL. I doubt it. I'm not gonna lie, Ronda always annoyed the shit out of me so I like that now she realizes that Holm, Nunes and Cyborg are all better than her. If Holm beat her Cyborg would have KILLED her! I'd still like to see it though lol.

If Conor fights Khabib or Tony next I will be hugely impressed. That will answer all questions I have about where that guy's head is at.
I think it's much more likely he fights GSP or Nate or doesn't fight in the UFC again anytime soon.
GSP is the most money and, because it would be at 170, Conor wouldn't lose all his luster if (when) he loses as he can still lay claim to being the best at 145 and 155.
Nate is a more winnable fight and is still a big pay day, not as big as GSP but probably bigger than either Tony or Khabib.
I could also see him just taking his money and not fighting for a few years, all the while talking a big game. Maybe he and Lavar Ball will put their heads together and form some new fighting org with Big Baller Brand replacing Reebok as the sponsor.

The longer Conor doesn't fight, the dumber UFC looks.
Now, I see Cryrone only wants to fight Conor or GSP.
He's not interested in defending his belt against the WW class.
Great job UFC! Now, you can't even get your fucking fighters to fight!

Now, you can't even get your fucking fighters to fight! When the day comes when a Bellator fighter is on a losing streak and fans mumble: “If he doesn’t get his act together he will be fighting in the UFC this time next year.” Until that day arrives, Bellator will always be the B league. Also, jackson-wink is on a 22(23?)fight losing)streak. Lol! How the mighty have fallen. We will be talking about Jackson-Wink the same way we talk about the Miletich camps.

Credit to Miletich, his camp produced fighters. Jackson-Wink's homegrown who went big were Diego and Holly. The rest were poached from smaller camps.

Sounds like Tony has signed to fight Khabib for the real title. UFC is apparently going to strip Conor.
