Trying the new board: Dan Henderson has said a few times recently, the only guy he did not fight and felt bad, was Jon Jones. As much as I like and respect Dan,that was probably a good fight to miss. However, I would have guessed, he would have mentioned Randy Couture. When both of those guys were at their 205 peaks, that would have been a fight i would have definitely paid to watch. gary

Gary, glad you made it!!!
I believe they trained together for many years, so I doubt they would have fought each other.

They had a very, very bad separation, including Matt Lindland as another owner: multiple law suits , flying back and forth. Trust me, they were motivated for several years.

Hendo vs Chuck was always my dream. Both just firing lefts until someone was out.

I never heard them talk shit about each other.
They always seemed respectful to each other.

I always wondered if there was some sort of gag order involved in those lawsuits. Neither side ever publicly bashes the other.

Hendo vs Chuck was always my dream. Both just firing lefts until someone was out. I agree that this fight would have been tits. One fight that I am shocked was never made was Forrest vs Chuck. Would have done huge numbers.

I assume they wanted to make that match up, but it just never worked out. First, Forrest lost to Jardine. THEN chuck lost to Jardine the same night Forrest beat Shogun. The timing just never worked out. I'm sure they would have loved to do that fight though.
Fun fact-look at Jardine's wiki. He's got a shitload of losses, with a win over Chuck and a win over Forrest sandwiched in there. It looks odd.

If DC could do what he did to Dan I don't want to imagine what JJ would of done to him. All that aside, I still want to see a Dan "shot heard around the world" hit to Bisping's dome. Follow up shot after is optional...
