Sounds about right, set the standard at an average to barely above average (in a weak conference) head coach about how things ought to be.
Irony has been a running theme here lately, and this latest bit of whining and bitching about snowflakes is the gold standard.
All I hear is "Boo Hoo, these damn kids have it better than I had it". Isn't that the idea? Make life better for the next generation? How is that at all a bad thing?

of course you miss the point. You lack any measure of discipline which is why you are a loser, and that's what Gundy is saying. Dealing with a struggle creates character and by running away from adversity these kids don't learn and grow.
Yes, we want the next generation to succeed greater than the last. But the thought that adversity is the enemy is fools gold.

So what do you guys think about this politician named Eric Swalwell threatening US citizens with nuclear war if they don't give up their 2A right to own guns?? I have no doubt that the government has special task forces ready to go out and kill and disarm citizens when the dems take power back but Civil Nuclear War is like some next level shit. Talk about population reduction! .

I guess this dingleberry doesn't realize that ALL guns were designed to kill efficiently and as quickly as possible. That's the whole point of a gun, it's a weapon designed to kill. Just as the straw was designed to suck. Sucking is a straw's purpose in life. Also why are the politicians SO obsessed with AR platform rifles? I guess they dont realize the Fal and M1A are chambered in .308 winchester. More efficient at killing than the AR rifle round. These politicians are completely devoid of common sense. I could easily out debate any single one of them.

Anyone who wants to ban AR 15 rifles is someone that simply is uneducated about guns. The reason is because their are rifles/shotguns that are more effective for mass shootings than an AR. 223 rounds are good rounds, and AR 15 are good guns, but there are much more effective options for a shooting in close quarters.
The AR is the easy target because it looks like a military rifle, but if you strip off all of the bells and whistles, it's basically a simple gun that shoots a small bullet.

What's your Social Score? Dont know what a Social Score is?? Well it's kinda like a credit score, but for your social media activity. New York plans to pass a law that would require all potential firearm purchasers to pass a social media credit check prior to being allowed to purchase a firearm. This means New York wants the FBI to have full access to your Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and internet search history prior to you purchasing a gun. I'm guessing my social score is in the negative range. www.foxnews.com/us/gun-purchasers-may-need-to-submit-social-media-history-under-proposed-new-york-legislation

^^^ That shit will be laughed at when it gets taken to court (if passed). No way, no how is it going to be deemed constitutional.

^^^ That shit will be laughed at when it gets taken to court (if passed). No way, no how is it going to be deemed constitutional. That's my hope as well, but they've made their intentions known. This is basically what the Democrats want nationwide, and its pretty damn scary to be honest with you, Floyd. What's even scarier is that there's lots of people on board with this type of unconstitutional, 1984 police state stuff. Guilty of wrong think? No gun for you, pal. And now that we've dug through your Facebook account and internet search history Floyd, we feel like you could use some much needed time in the Gulag. I've read a few stories recently about China implementing a Social Score system. Apparently it's already affecting people's personal lives as the government over there have reportedly blocked people from buying airline and train tickets etc...

The absurdity would be reality if the radical left can get a numerical advantage on the Supreme Court. Same with every unbelievable and unconstitutional ruling that comes out of the 9th - the SCOTUS will become the new 9th circuit.
So whenever some buffoon like andrew or comrade or patsox try and claim "all politicians are the same", remember that WHO is appointed to courts makes a huge, huge difference.

Wondering if social media is going to die or be around forever? I have always steered clear of all forms of social media personally and will enforce no social media rules on my kids as long as is necessary. There seems to be so much negative that comes from social media, but our narcissistic tendencies have always overruled logical thinking.

Had there been social media 50 years ago, our history would have been less bloody, and and many of the lies which we worship as religion today would never have gotten off the ground. Without social media, Occupy Wall Street would be heroes to us all, tears of reverence would fill our eyes when we mentioned black lives matter, Hillary would be our president, and Ocasio Cortez would be regarded by all as a genius for the ages. Without social media and the rise of the internet, there's a good chance we would already have honest to goodness gulags here in America today

Doing some reading about genetic testing projects they've been doing. The're to a point where they can now identify everyone in the US with as few as 200,000 DNA samples, because of markers that can identify relatives in DNA. You don't need to agree to a DNA test . . . with just a small number of volunteers in the data base, they can find you, identify you, etc., because you're 12th cousin agreed to give his sample.
Also, they've found in humans, and across species, a massive bottle neck in population very recently that was completely unexpected and unknown. As recently as 100,000 years ago it looks like there was a massive reduction in genetic diversity (just a few families) that spread across humans, animals, etc. and points to some sort of global or near global extinction level event. Completely unclear on what that would be, but it's too recent for an ice age. Maybe a volcano or a meteor event that we have not yet identified. But fairly recently, the whole planet just about ate it and handed the show over to bugs and seed eaters.

I've read a little about the bottleneck before, specifically regarding humans. We're all descended from an almost inconceivably small numbers. It's almost like it makes sense that similar creation and catastrophe legends were passed down orally across most groups of humans. It almost makes the Noah and his Ark seem like a fairly rational oral tradition passed down about global destruction. Toba Catastrophe en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toba_catastrophe_theory

Without social media and the rise of the internet, there's a good chance we would already have honest to goodness gulags here in America today I'm more talking about people's incessant need to share their whole life including details that should remain private with the world. I have seen people air the most personal of information regarding illness/death/divorce/relationships on my wife's facebook page. I have also seen times where people have gone on tirades that will likely ruin their chances of being hired in a public position later in life. At what point do people realize that showing off about some new car you bought or vacation you took is not worth the negatives that come with such narcissism. This site is social media, but it is also anonymous. I would never post my identity here for anyone to see, simply because I don't see a reason to. This is the same reason why I don't have facebook/Instagram and never will. I just think the negatives far outweigh the positives.

The answers to the universe lay within the palms of our hands. We harnessed electricity, and then we created the internet. We have satellites in the skies, capturing everything that takes place down here on earth. This might be scary when you think about personal privacy, the government can access everything about you. But on the flipside, the government and other previously secret entities can no longer hide themselves in the shadows of anonymity. Just think of all the things people are taught in schools and on TV that just aren't true. Things that we can now find detailed information about, and then we can study those things and form our own conclusions. I remember being taught that all humans derived in Africa. "We're all the same! Our differences are only skin deep!" But then with the rise of the internet, you find out that the people who actually derived in Asia and Europe have no relation to those people who derived later on in Africa. And then we can look at pictures of skulls and bones to see the differences. Just one example of things we're taught by academia and hold dear throughout life that can be "debunked" via the internet. Another example is that we can check government census records from the early 1900's Europe. Very interesting.

But this one was VERY recent and formerly unknown, and doesn't match-up with an ice age. So that would likely point to a massive super volcano or a meteor type event. Crazy how fucking fragile all this is when you look at it over enough time.

Current day Paris. I'm not sure what all the hullabaloo was about, the 3rd world migrants seem to be fitting in quite nicely in their new homeland. No need to worry about a population bottleneck in Europe when all the old Europeans die. Plenty of migrants to replace them. Just look how happy the president of France looks with his new refugee friends...

I did the gallon of milk challenge. Got damn near a full gallon consumed in under an hour before the pressure/discomfort/urge to vomit became almost overwhelming with just minutes to go. Had to shut it down and do lamas breathing techniques until the all-clear sounded at the one hour mark, then sweet relief . . . puked curdled warm milk about 10 fucking times . . . which felt and smelled fucking amazing. Just getting that fucking pressure out. Thank you, jesus. It was a winner-take-all tie breaker for a 30-day challenge. Four of us did it. Most consumed in an hour without vomiting takes the pot. Which I did. The guy in the lead lost his shit with about 10 min to go and I hung on for dear life in the presence of violent gullet tossing wretches. It's just the volume of liquid -- the pressure -- it's not even the milk. It's the pressure of exceeded capacity triggering involuntary expulsion. You don't win that battle.
