Glad to see you're alive. More importantly, are you sober? Im now living in Bath NY. Im doing ok and I go to outpatient treatment. Im actually not sober, i am about 70% of the time the other 30 im drinking. Ive only done drugs once since April and that was weed and crack.I havent touched meth since April. Im just doing ok. which is better that where I was. I"m not perfect, but im trying. so your living in the bath and you still smell like a sweaty bag of dicks there is no hope for you is there? Maybe next time try a shower

So Matt Lauer got shit canned today.
Should give some insight into the psyche of the left wing. You can lie about being in all kinds of places that you were never in, all to advance your career, and that'll just get you a brief paid sabbatical. But if your hand brushes up against the backside of a camera person, you fucking fired.
Now I'm not saying that that's all Matt Lauer did. It's probably worse than that. I'm just saying, those people seem fucking nuts.

Not sure if this is true, but they said Lauer had a button under his desk that would lock his office door and trap the girl he wanted to try and seduce inside with him Dude was a fucking Bond villain

Al Franken is resigning due to the allegations against him.
The left continues to eat itself due to starvation.

Well any hopes of getting back into politics for Ford Jr. is gone. Another one swept up in the sexual assault net.

I watched Making of a Murderer and came away with the feeling that the producers weren’t telling a complete story. Different from paradise lost, where I never for a second thought those kids did it, my spider sense in this case is that what’s his name actually did kill the lady. I have no reason for this, it’s just a feeling

I think it was Steven Crowder that did a segment on this. Sounded like the documentary makers took some liberties and omitted some things to make the guys case look more sinister. It had been a while since I saw the segment so I can't remember specifics.
I mean, there is a documentary showing how innocent Michael Brown was as well. He didn't assault the store owner, he was just picking up his property that he already traded drugs for and the owner got in his way...

I have no reason for this, it’s just a feeling I'm not convinced the kid wasn't involved. I do think his uncle probably DID kill her - Steve or whatever his name was. I think they way the kid was handled, and they ADMIT it, is where due process and fairness did not play out. They tricked the kid and essentially punished him into a confession they know isn't true.

I have a cousin that spent 15 years or so in prison. His main defense that they came up with for him was basically that he was very low IQ and just barely above the level where you could be considered disabled. So I've thought about this sort of thing (which is basically where a lot of people go with Brendan Dassey, he wasn't manipulated by uncle, not smart enough, etc.). I do have some compassion, but at the end of the day, you either participated in a crime or you didn't. It's not that cut and dry, but at some point you have to answer that question and go from there.

NASA is making a major announcement on Thursday regarding the Keplar telescope, and then today Trump officially ordered NASA to move forward with manned trips to the moon and Mars. Probably a coincidence.

Given its overall purpose and how soon after it's primary mission started, I'm thinking they discovered habitual planets. Not like we can survive with some work, but we could land and be good to go. No way they'd be making special announcement that it was a complete failure.

No big surprise, Moore lost. It's a pretty big surprise, actually He barely lost, despite the numerous underage sexual allegations and weird shit he's said recently. The guy still got forty eight and a half percent of the vote. And the guy who won is a pro-abortion, pro-LGBT democrat. That would be like Huckabee winning in California

That would be like Huckabee winning in California None of the internals had him winning for the last 2 weeks, he was half a point over his most favorable recent poll which means he did better than expected. It isn't that much of a surprise though since the Dems and media went full on attack and pushed the traditional non-voters to get out there, and shame the normal voters. Regardless, Alabama is a fucked up state and their idea of "Republican" is nothing like most of the country.

Regardless, Alabama is a fucked up state and their idea of "Republican" is nothing like most of the country. Please expound on that Alabama is a fucked up state, and no this is not a trap I don't mean fucked up in the way a place like Chicago is (the politics), or Louisiana is (the.... Louisiana of it), but the general state of the Alabama population is so..... out of touch, out of date. I think a huge part of it is probably the religious stranglehold on the state, and not just at the political level but even among the normal population. Not only does the state have the highest percentage of population placing religion in a great importance in their life, but they are #3 I for percentage of the population saying it is the most important thing @56%. Top that off with 42% of the state being Evangelicals. This election alone shows just how important "traditional" religion is to them. When asking Moore supporters why they were voting for him, the #1 answer was religion. That is not a good thing. That is how you get neo-Sharia law and Dominionists running everything. Top that off with over 70% of Alabamiams (or however you say it), never leaving the state. That's decreasing, was 80% in the 80s, but with the boom of the internet, a lot of people have been "accidentally" exposed to real life and have been fleeing the state. So you have a locked in state, making a conscious effort to not evolve or change, actively shunning even passive help to improve, while basing their politics off of religion. Alabama is the Evangelical version of Saudi Arabia in the US. edit: I will say this though, figuring out how to crack the old guard of Alabama, their mindset... that will result in figuring out how to spread true conservatism around this country, fast and entrenched.

I'm actually really surprised that we haven't had a pro wrestler who's angle was to be a super preachy, judgemental christian. Who comes out with bible under his arm with that song "Our god is an awesome god" playing.
And his name? Evan Gelical

Evan Gelical His tag team partner would be an Atheist that interjects that they are an Atheist into every promo they cut. Evan Gelical and Joe Popular. Unlikely tag team you say? Their runs to the tag team straps always climax during Christmas since they both celebrate it.
