Eddie's wrestling could be the deciding factor the in Conor fight. If Conor can stay away from the takedown he wins IMO.

Conors TDD is way underrated.
The guy chooses to strike and it definitely leaves him open for some take-downs but let's not act like he's been exposed by a wrestler.
He ain't no Pettis, that's for sure.

Conor Vs Aldo is still in the works. This is the only acceptable fight IMO unless he vacates.

I think they'll have this be on 207. They just broke Joanna vs Kowalkiewicz will also be in 205. I don't see a reason for three titles.
206 will be in Canada so no Conor or Eddie there.
207 doing HUGE numbers with Conor/Eddie Rhonda/Nunes makes 💵💵💵💵💵

Eddie has a bout agreement to sign against Khabib. They missed the 205 deadline so it looks like it will take place at 206 IF Eddie signs, over on the Underground it is rumored he may be stripped if he doesn't sign for 206. Don't know how true that is but that is the rumor.

I'd be shocked if they would strip him. He is holding out to fight Conor at 205. I heard the only hang up was Conor refusing to relinquish the featherweight title.
UFC is a stacked card, but it will do shit numbers with Woodley/Wonderboy as the headliner. Woodley is quite possibly the most hated champion in the history of the company.

I don't think Woodley is hated, I think nobody gives a shit about him which is worse than being hated.
Woodley could use some hate, something, anything, to gather some interest.

Rumor is Conor and Aldo 2... Don't know why Eddie didn't sign(would have been a hometown fight), similar to Woodley, wins the title and only wants the money fight. I also don't know why Conor insist on holding on to the FW belt... Going on a year, shit or get off the pot. Take the big money NY fight if money means so much and then go back and win the FW title

Would be fun to see Eddie disengage from boxing & just straight wrestle Conor.

Khabib is extraordinarily salty on twitter. Beat a top 5 opponent, don't get injured, then maybe.

I am fucking annoyed by this. This will be the THIRD fight for Conor since he fought for the 145 title that wasn't at 145. Not fair to that division. And Aldo deserves a rematch.
Perhaps they are hoping Conor wins this fight. Sets up the rubber match with Diaz for the 155 strap.
Completely fucking the 145 division over in the meantime.

Let's be honest here folks, outside of Conor, the general public doesn't really care about the FW division anyway.

But FW is stacked with talent & it's not fair to hold the division. They should make the Aldo the Champ & make Conor vacate the belt.

Dana and his "this rumour isnt true", "not gonna happen"... he's starting to sound like the groundhog predicting an early spring and it ends up being a late spring. But every year, we give the groundhog tv time...

For the record, I was a fan of Conor's before he came to the UFC
They showed some of his fights on Inside MMA regional circuits and I thought that young, pimple-face Irish kid was great back then.

You don't need to defend yourself...unless you're a bandwagon jumper.

Pretty safe to say this is the most stacked card of all time. 3 title fights plus weidman/Romero, cerrone/gastulem, Edgar/Stephens, Tate/Pennington, Miller/Alves and more.
Thankfully I was already planning on being off that Saturday/Sunday so I can watch this one live.
