Saturday's card will take quite a bit of time. 12 bouts on the undercard/on the internet. All 185 lb or less. these bouts are loaded with mostly local talent, trying to move up the food chain. The best match is likely to be the second: James Terry v Justin Baseman. Many of the local guys have moved up from CAMO to low level pro to now Bellator , which is a pretty cool progression to watch (on the other hand we have a guy from Yreka with a 1-7 record).
On the main card, looking for Vassell (very funny guy), Keri Melendez (excellent kick boxer), Adam Piccolotti (from a tiny academy in Half Moon Bay), Page to come out on top. The main event? My heart is with Benson: he had some great WEC bouts in Sacramento.........but that was a few years ago.
Scott Coker is certainly back to his roots in San Jose: bring local talent to a big arena, and see what happens.

I really enjoyed Piccolotti's fight. He's got really good movement and it was entertaining.
Was pretty disappointed in the MVP fight. That got boring real quick.

MVP was the worst high level mma bout I have seen live (A Silva v Damien M., and that was 5 rounds ) Page only can counter strike. His opponents corner yelled all bout long about not engaging.........disaster. Bendo v Chandler ended things on a high note. Chandler much worse for wear, but very dominant round 1 (10-8) saved him.

good stuff as usual gary.
That MVP fight was one of the most frustrating things I've ever watched. No wonde they have been bringing him along so slowly. The main event was great. Chandler is on of the most exciting fighters in MMA.
