Two of the best shit talkers.
Two of the toughest sons of bitches in the sport.
Both guys have incredible cardio...
Could this fight happen, and if so - you would you take?

this rumor is floating around the internet. I guess Bisping formally challenged him. I'm probably the biggest Diaz mark there is, but it is pretty ridiculous that he is even in consideration for a big fight. His last quality win was the against Paul Daley over 5 years ago.
That being said, WAR DIAZ, i hope this happens!

I think it has a lot to do with his losses and how he got the "L" but was never really in any trouble.
Has he ever really got his ass kicked?

I cant remember a fight where he was ever in trouble... But he definitely gets his face busted up a lot (no need for scar tissue excuses).

Is Bisping ever going to fight a contender?

At least GSP waited until he got in the cage until he went into play it safe mode. Apparently Bisping is playing it safe before he gets in the cage. Calling out a WW, what a fucking joke.
I guess after barely surviving an old man who wasn't even a contender, he is going to pick a fight with a WW who isn't even a contender.

Dan connected several times against Bisping with ease. But he kept looking for that h bomb. Nick will connect all night long with volume punches.
Nick will not get tired and take rounds off like Hendo did.
This is Nick's fight to win.
Is it for the belt? The one article i read made it sound like it was going to be a super fight thing

And god forbid Bipsing drops Nick and follows him to the ground. It will be over real quick with a nick sub.

That would be beyond amazing if Bisping picked a fight with Nick (to keep from fighting actual MW's who are contenders) and got subbed.

The new UFC owners are an entertainment group.
They are looking to entertain.
The rankings mean dick to them.

Bisping is doing this the smartest way possible imo, take a bunch of money fights with guys that are nearing the end of thier careers or are sitting out on the shelf.
Funny thing, it's working. The real contenders wouldnt bring in the eyeballs like the guys he is trying to get fights with. And Michael Bisping has actually successfully defended that belt, which is something that not a lot of guys can lay claim to...did Werdum ever successfully defend his belt? Rockhold didnt.

I'd much rather see Bisping vs Diaz than Bisping vs GSP.

100%
I honestly could not care less if we see GSP again. He had a great run, it wasn't the most exciting, but he held that belt like no other.
As great as his run was, I'm not exactly bummed its over. The WW division has been tits fight after tits fight for that strap since he left.

I cant remember a fight where he was ever in trouble... But he definitely gets his face busted up a lot (no need for scar tissue excuses). Paul Daley knocked him down twice in a single round, each time looking like he was close to a finish. And god forbid Bipsing drops Nick and follows him to the ground. It will be over real quick with a nick sub. I can't imagine Diaz subbing Bisping off his back. Bisping has been subbed once, when he was hurt, during a scramble with Rockhold. In 37 pro fights Bisping has never been subbed while on top. I love Nick but if he's going to win this fight it's much more likely going to be with volume punching rather than a sub from his back.
