Call it in here guys! I think he goes in to win a few more fights he should be expected to lose. I think whoever it is that's going to beat him is someone that is hard as fuck to finish, has good finishing ability himself, won't gas, and isn't 46 years old. I think Weidman is probably the worse matchup for Bisping. He really seems to be taking shots better now days and is quick enough to avoid being submitted very easily. I think he Beats Jacare because of that and eventually outpounts Jacare. I think he can weather Yoels storm and eventually TKO/decision him. What you guys think?

I think you think he's WAY better than I do.
I don't see he him lasting past his next fight and I'm surprised he's made it this far already.
I see Jacare DESTROYING him, Romero soundly beating him, and think he loses to Weidman and probably also Rockhold in a rematch.
I was very surprised he beat Rockhold at all and I think Rockhold is the overall better fighter but that he let his guard down.
I feel that Bisping has CERTAINLY reached a higher potential than I or many people thought he could, but I don't even think he's in the top 2 at MW, maybe not even the top 3 or 4 in terms of if you were to have everyone in the top 5 fight eachother for the best 2 out of 3, I see Bisping losing to probably 3 or 4 of them.
He's already 1-1 with Rockhold, and I don't think he has what it takes to beat guys like Jacare or Romero.
They are beasts of another kind.
I think he's peaked in his skill set and found a way to make the best of the moment, taking out a FAR past his prime Anderson, landing a KO shot on Rockhold who was winning before that and left his guard down, and then decisioned a 46 year old Hendo.
His time is up IMO.

He BARELY won tonight against a 46 Henderson
He loses his next fight, no doubt.

His next fight will be a changing of the title fight.

I don't think Bisping is this phenomenal fighter, or that he's going to be a dominant champ or anything but love him or hate him, the man really is champion material. He has come back from being knocked out or almost knocked out to win the fight on multiple occasions, he has taken shots from some of the hardest hitters in the UFC and continued pressing forward, he's resilient as shit has great cardio, and his striking has definitely come along way. Bisping is going to be very hard for many to beat IMO.

I hope Bisping wins a couple more big ones against legit contenders. At least one more. But I kind of doubt it. Hopefully dudes will keep on underestimating him and come out too relaxed. I'd love to see him starch a couple dudes Hendo style, just because that's the most hilarious scenario, as it will butt hurt so many doudes

Weidman beats him for sure, Jock Strap should as well. Those are the only two I feel good betting against him on. MW is weak these days.
I also think Luke beats him in a rematch and Gegard would have a good shot but neither will be his next opponent.

Bisping is awesome IMO. Not because he is phenomenal but because he is not. He is not elite in anything (as far as UFC top tier caliber fighters) but has put in the time, work, sweat, and blood to be the man. He is champ off heart and grit not because he is a stupendously gifted super-athlete like Silva or GSP. Yes, both of them worked hard but they are naturally awesome people, Bisping is not.
When I first saw him ON TUF, I said he would be a champ one day. Fast forward to 2015 and I laughed at myself for that and gave him no shit against Rockhold but boom, dude is champ. He has been comatosed, almost lost an eye, and written off more times than not but he still came back and won the strap legitimately.
I say good for him. Maybe he is a cocky dick head but who cares, he deserves it.

That title is going to get around more than my Mom. Too many monsters in the top 5 and they all have someone that is a bad match up for them. Going to be an interesting 2017 for the MW belt.

Yes but rich didn't go through the gauntlet Bisping has to win the title and lost it somewhat early on in very devastating fashion. I just think Bisping has worked so incredibly hard to get to where he is, and also has the confidence in himself that it is going to take someone more resilient and with amazing finishing power to beat him. I agree that Weidman and Rockhold are the ones to do it but him beating Rockhold should show that no one is a lock at this point. I saw that as one of the most lopsided title fights ever. The reason I think Weidman has the best chance is because 1. You know Bisping isn't finishing him 2. He definitely has the ability to finish Bisping, and 3. He definitely won't get complacent like Rockhold did. There are monsters like Mousasi, Yoel, and Jacare, but unless they go out there and dominate him or finish quickly I don't see them beating him.

I wish him well. We take Bisping for granted. But look at his records like most UFC wins, being on TUF and fighting consistently for 10 years. I never been a fan, but I appreciate his accomplishments.

For whatever reason, the guy just doesnt impress me, his style doesnt excite me, and I dont consider him to be a champion. That being said, I have to respect what he's been able to do over the past 10 years and remain relevant.

By the way, does anyone knows what happened to Bisping's left eye? It wasn't always like that, but I noticed it I think in his Rockhold fight.

No wonder he is extra salty about cheaters. I'm going to take the low road and call him a limey douche. But seriously, you have to respect his accomplishments.

I don't understand how anyone can pick Bisping over Jacare or Romero.
For Jacare, obviously if Jacare takes him down it's over.
Jacare probably has better takedowns than bispings TDD so he can probably do it, and if he can't he IMO has more explosive power on his feet and could potentially finish him standing.
IMO Bispings only way to win that is a pitter patter decision.
For Romero, Yoel WILL take Bisping down for sure and hurt him badly on the ground.
And IF it stays standing, Romero has a very deceptive striking style with how he slows down and speeds up again and BRUTAL knockout power that Bisping doesn't have.
Once again, only way he beats Yoel is by outpointing him.
I mean he could POTENTIALLY catch either of them like he did with Rockhold, but I doubt it, and I don't see him being able to do it to Rockhold again, or Weidman.
But really, thinking he is more likely than not to beat Jacare and Romero is something I just don't understand.

Rockhold took him for granted and got caught. I still wish Bisping will find a way. I don't care about any of those guys, maybe Jacare a bit because of his days @ Dreams.

Michael Bisping: Suspended 180 days or until cleared by a maxillofacial face and head CT scan; minimum suspension 60 days with 45 days no contact for left infraorbital laceration
They say he could be out for 6 months
LOL @ beating Hendo. Yeah...ok.

Couldn't agree more. It was up there with the time Hendricks beat GSP like a tent stake and still caught a L.

Funny I've seen a couple of articles already about "When Bisping's luck is going to run out". He is getting no respect! lol.

Actually Rich Franklin was a great champion and a dominant one until Anderson Silva came along. He was the overwhelming favorite going into their first fight, and for good reason (i was one of maybe two or three who picked Silva in the old forum)

Oh the good ol days when American odds makers where not privy. Never was a fan of Rich. He ducked Matt Lindland and if you really look at his title defenses, he wasn't really that impressive.
