I ballooned up to 205 and now currently sit at 184. Targeting 170 without dieting, just increasing physical activities for January 2022.
I do this on Mondays and Fridays with a 60 lb barbell. Will increase to 80lbs maybe in November.
Never mind Quarry's form and just do them correctly. The circuit itself is brutal. I replaced the upright row with bicep curls as I don't trust my technique and scared of impingement with the upright row.
Tuesdays and Thursdays is Bas Rutten.
I often alternate weekly and use 1 kilo dumbbells. I would then alternate 10 squats with a 20 lb plate and around the world(5x left, 5x right) with the same plate in between rounds which gives me 30 second rest before the next round.
If I have mats this would have been awesome.
Wednesdays is 10 burpees and an exercise I made doing 5 explosive lateral raise and 5 hammer curls with 20 lb dumbbells. 1 minute rest, repeat 9x.
Weekends are 2-3 hrs uphill climbs on my bike.

Well, I'm actually skinny before I got fat. 135lbs with no lifting experience. I'm basically a fat fuck without the musculature, equipment and capacity to do strong man stuff. Slimming down while retaining athleticism is my priority instead of bulking.

Went on a bike ride. Trying to get used to the 790m elevation gain on a 20 km ride I did weeks ago. Unfortunately, saw my HS buddy who was also on a bike ride with his buddies and invited me to join. Just did 16 km and only about 110 elevation. Will try again next week.
