I swing between hawaiian and pepperoni/mushroom most of the time. Every once in a while i will go with the specialty of the establishment, but i think pepperoni/mushroom on a thin crust is my favorite.
oh, and i cant eat pizza with a fork.... makes me feel like a real snob.

Cheese and pepperoni. End of story. If it is super hot I use a knife and fork so thar i do not burn my delicate fingers

Do people really eat pizza with a fork? That's just not right and shouldn't be done.
Plain (cheese) and pepperoni is the only pizza I will eat.
Oh people here in Texas like to dip their pizza in ranch dressing. I'm from Jersey and I've never saw that done before I moved to Texas. But I also freaked them out as I hold one slice of pizza over another one and let the grease drip on the bottom one (NY style pizza).
I don't consider Pizza Hut, Dominos, Papa Johns, Cici's real pizza.

I do, Daywork. Pizza here in Buffalo is really amazing. It is the best out of everywhere I've ever had. It's got medium thickness on the crust. I find that if I eat it with a fork my chances of getting hideous pizza burn in my mouth is greatly lowered. I have no shame in this. When the pizza is cold, I always eat it by hand. I LOOOOOOOVE cold pizza as well.

I use to work with a Mexican and he would roll his pizza up like a burrito. i go with the single fold. everyone in cali dips their pizza in ranch. i dont hate it, but dont see a need for it. we have a million pizza options out here, from garlic chicken to salmon, to mexican versions

For old style...cheese, pepperoni, onions, bacon and mushrooms. I like it double baked.
I also am big on canadIan bacon, pineapple and bacon
Ranch on pizza is something we used to do in Jr high and high school
For some different style...
Thai peanut sauce instead of tomato Cliantro, chicken, purple onion, bell peppers...and im missing something but it's amazing
I also used to use Alfredo sauce, cheese, bacon, chicken, and...pretty much the works
The only thing I don't like on pizza is sausage and cheap anchovies. With the anchovies, you can taste the difference. It's very rare I'll have a pizza with anchovies bexause of that. But once you have a pizza with real fresh anchovies, you will see why someone decided to put them on a pie.
Usually I try to stay away from pizza. Been on a healthier kick.
If I really get the craving I'll make some minis, but on eggplant slices instead of pizza dough.

NYC style is awesome, certain medium thickness crusts are also good. I'm gonna miss jim n sues in lake city. Perfect balance of thickness, crispiness, and chewiness.
Toppings, classic pepperoni and mozz. Or sausage and onion.or feta, onion and spinach.
Yes I love pizza lol.

There are pizza joints all over my area and all of them are the thin to ultra thin crust. I would love to have a true deep dish place where you have to pop a button to keep from blowing your pants up.
We recently made our own using the trader joes dough... used homemade tomatoe sauce, tons of mozz, elk sausage chunks and a bunch of bell peppers. It was good, but pizza from a restaurant is better for some reason.
Side note, i work in construction and see peopke all over the place putting in backyard pizza ovens... definitely a new trend. They cost between $10k - $50k to put in... makes no sense to me.

I used to love thin crust pizza until I had deep dish pizza. Deep dish is now my go to choice. It's expensive as hell though.
Usually go for the all meats pizza (pepperoni, sausage, bacon, beef) and I'll add jalapenos and garlic. So good...

Don't get your panties in a wad cause someone disagrees. I hate cheese. I hate marinara sauce. And pepperoni is for fags!

No thanks

My favorite is from a freaking gas station, Casey's pizza. Just cheese and pepperoni for me. I hate sausage on pizza.
I can't eat pizza hut, Dominos or little ceazars anymore. Yuck.

Years back however, a cousin of mine from Italy was on her honeymoon in California and visited us for a few days. We went for pizza one day and they were so puzzled. My dad finally remembered that they eat their pizza with a fork and knife so he did so also to make them comfortable. Apparently that's the way it's done!

Really depends on the style for me.
1. Standard style - I like with mushroom, pepperoni, onion, normal cook on the crust. 2. St Louis Style - I like ham, pineapple, a a little seasoned sausage 3. Italian Style - Classic margherita with extra basil and mozzarella 4. NY Style - (because Patsy's no longer makes what they used to), a place in Brewster makes a Chicken Marsala topped pizza that is amazing. 5. California style - Arugula, bacon, an egg, and white sauce
I'm not a fan of Chicago style.

In which case...........my condolences I am not familiar... how is it different than traditional? Looks good Lighter, crispier crust then normal. Sweeter less tangy sauce. Much less greasy. Less cheese. But when you ask for extra cheese, the particular place shown above slaps a piece of provolone on it.....which would seem ghetto, if it weren't so fantastic

Should look into recommending going the wood burning route, something like one of the Le Panyol models. 3.5k for one of the residential builds, cooks pizza in 3 minutes, can fit about 7 loaves or 2 pizzas in it without issue.

They are all built in, custom plaster/stucco, fancy copper venting, granite surrounds... the whole 9 yards. Most are about $30k or more, but occasionally they will do the kits like the Mugnaini brand for the cheap route of $10k. The people that put them in don't cook, rather just use them for decoration. It takes about 30 minutes for them to get up to heat, and they are very 1 dimensional. If you are going to cook pizzas for 6 hours a night they are great, but 1 pizza it's pointless
