This is a combination of testimony and questions directed toward FBI Director James Comey over the last two days. Follow's up bobo's post where they have discovered the Clinton IT specialist that went on Reddit trying to figure out how to hide Hillary's email. The best summary portion describing the conspiracy is at the 3:22 mark. The entire video is excellent for anyone not following this closely, but Radcliff lists it out well. Remember - the FBI has granted 5 immunity deals to the staff that participated in destroying the evidence yet we still don't have an indictment or anything close to it. This is fucking amazing. www.youtube.com/watch?v=gwVs2nHsflE

They have proof her server was cleaned with BleachBit They have proof 33k emails were deleted after congressional order to preserve all emails They have proof hardware, phones and PC's were destroyed with a hammer by her staff They have proof her server tech was on Reddit asking about how to completely eliminate emails with no traceable evidence They have proof the same tech went back to Reddit and deleted all posts he made about this They have proof all of her past phones were destroyed after the congressional preservation order
This country needs to wake the fuck up and realize this bitch is going to sell us to the international economy for $.10 on the dollar if she has control over things for 4 years.

Ok, I'll chyme in. I've followed this relatively closely from the outset and I'm very informed on it, but this video packed a punch none-the-less. Agree the segment between 3:20 and 10:20 is absolutely savage. That's a 7 min fact, evidence, and timeline based expose of outright corruption, cover-up, and fraud at the absolute highest levels of government with collusion from the FBI in order to secure the presidency in the upcoming election and keep the greasy, grimey, gravy train rolling. How this is not the biggest story of the year is beyond me and frankly it's the leper's bell for the fascist dawn.

How this is not the biggest story of the year is beyond me Simple, if she were to get in trouble, so would 3/4 of congress and 9/10 of the Senate.

Also a great question posed by Gowdy: if these things (lists things) do no constitute obstruction of justice, destruction of evidence, and espionage, then what does? How can we possibly prosecute anyone else in the future after this standard has been set?

Okay, so we had some friends over last night who are both voting for Hillary. We managed to have a civil debate about it. Their basic stance is that most politicians who have held office have been super corrupt, and that Hillary is no different. So basically, they are more worried about a maverick like Trump getting into office based on the fact that he simply cannot handle criticism of any kind, ever. And they are freaked out that the leader of Romania (or something like that) might say Donald's having a bad hair day and he'd want to Nuke them for it. They cited all his late night tweets and the fact that he can't seem to contain his emotions.
I told them that I couldn't really disagree with that. Based on what I've seen, the man CAN act very childish at times. But the thing is, they were under the impression that the President is omnipotent. They thought the President alone could nuke a country whenever he wanted. These two nitwits had no idea that there is a chain of command, and that multiple people have launch codes, none of which are the POTUS.
So that, to me, is the problem. You can show everyone the corruption, but most people are so ill-informed that it doesn't really matter. I certainly didn't change the minds of the couple who came over, but it was a good healthy debate, and the kind of thing where if it happened a few times you could certainly gain some ground. Everyone kept their cool, it was actually quite enjoyable.

Actually, the president can call a nuke strike at will. He or she has final say.

Just Jackelpedia'd "Nuclear Football."
The Secretary of Defense has to confirm the strike but has no power to refuse it.

Not as I understand it. And he doesn't have a "button" that he presses to launch anything. He basically pushes a button that tells OTHER people to launch stuff. Which, they can't do without cooperating with each other. From Quora (I know, not the best source but no worse than Wiki):
That said, there's a chain of command that involves the Secretary of Defense who could refuse to relay the order (his codes —or those of the Asst. Sec. Defense in his absence— are required to launch) and then quickly call the Cabinet and Congress to report that the POTUS had gone crazy. The Cabinet can declare the President unfit in a letter to Congress.
Furthermore, there's a "must notify" part of the nuclear protocol that requires the DoD and whomever else inside the White House to notify senior leaders of the US government in the event of a nuclear launch. These leaders would include (and presumably not be limited to), Speaker of the House, President Pro Temp of the Senate, Majority/Minority Leaders of both houses of Congress, the Chairperson of the various oversight committees that are tied to war (Appropriations, Defense, Intelligence, Energy). The chain of command, that requires the Secretary of Defense and others to relay such an order is robust enough to handle such a statistically-impossible scenario of a "rogue president" ordering a launch.

See, the thing is, the SOD can't "legally" refuse the order, but he can procrastinate long enough to allow other measure to happen, avoiding a nuclear strike.

Only congress has the power to declare war, and a rogue president starting a nuclear war without an incredibly, incredibly good reason would almost certainly lead to widespread unrest, impeachment proceedings, etc. You can't just "nuke" Argentina one day and the world is like "oh well, he's the president, what are you gonna do, right?"
Did you dipshit friends have anything to say about Hitlary's invasion of Lybia, her voting for every war of the modern era, her support of the drug war, and Trump's REPEATED discussion of international detanglement and draw down?
Trump will get scrutiny, checks and balances, adversarial press corps, oversight in congress and the courts, and a critical nation keeping him under a microscope.
Hitlary gets none of that. The media fawns at her feet, peddles her lies, turns a blind eye to her blunders. The FBI lays over wholesale for her wanton obstruction of justice and false testimony. Congress and courts are bought and sold, foreign donors calling in favors, sleaze and corruption at levels that haven't existed outside of Moscow are at our door.
But yeah, Trump is meen. Got it.

Wow that was so messed up to watch. Seems like the director of the FBI is just as shady as Hillary and her staff. They should all be in jail, including the director of the FBI.

The really crazy, almost incomprehensible part of all this . . . is that this was all broadcast live on C Span and A) nobody watched because B) nobody cares and it's fairly likely we'll actually elect her to lead the country and this bought-and-sold assclown Comey will get a sweet kick-back for rolling over on this deal like a good doggy. Probably end up the ambassador to Aruba.
This isn't breaking news. This isn't investigative journalism uncovering a scandal. This was broadcast live on national TV and nobody fucking CARES.
It's over, folks.
Curtains.
See you next Wednesday.

The only people that kind of bring it up is Bill Mahr and the 2 or 3 Hillary supporters he brings on the show each week. And all they say is that it was nothing. That she accidently sent out a couple emails by mistake.
I ended up watching a couple videos of this. Just a massive cover up by the FBI.

Yes, and this is the cover-up that failed. How many cover-ups worked flawlessly because nobody got wise, nobody went on C-Span with the deets, nobody leaked an email? This kind of shit . . . this is just how these people live. Get ready for a lot more of this.
