Just watched his loss to Leon Edwards. Cerrone really needs to drop back to 155 or his career is over. His power doesn't translate well against these top 10 170ers and he still gets hit FAR to much. He's eager to get in the pocket and fun to watch, but he's going to end up a retard in a few years from all this damage. Edwards walked through his shots with zero fear.
Not sure about Edwards. Capable striker and good chin, but he'll be on his ass against most of the elite top of the 170 division. I would set him up with a Lawler or Till so he can strike.

I didn't see the fight. But I watched a couple minutes of Cerrone's post fight interview. He was sick or something. He said he was really close to calling Dana and telling him he couldn't go to work today. But then thought screw it, I (he) won't die in there. He'll just do the best he can.

I will say that Edwards was far less impressive than his mouth would have had you believe. He was technically sound but kind of played it safe for five rounds. I think Till would whoop Edwards and it's a fight id like to see.

Masvidal accepted his challenge, should be a good one.
Don't know who Cowboy can fight next... but 155 sounds about right.

Super hard to judge a fight from shitty seats haha. After the first round and a half or so all I saw was what appeared to be Cerrone stalking and landing equally if not more... Apparently it wasn’t a bad decision like i had thought from watching it.

Cowboy isn’t going back to 155. He can party, fuck off and still make 170 easily. He’s done at 155.

How many fights left on his contract? Seems like a perfect candidate for Bellator.
