UFC puts all their push and promotion behind fighters that don't fight, get busted for PEDs once a year and would rather get fake beat up in WWE. That's why their cards suck. Ufcs cards suck, and have sucked for awhile, because of the rules and judging. No one wants to see people wrestle for 15 minutes in aprofessional fight. It's boring. I know that's why I stopped watching. GSP ruined mma. Agreed. If I were you I'd just quit the internet all together.

I know that's why I stopped watching. GSP ruined mma. There have been several amazing fights and some good cards. Are there the occasional not so great ones? Sure. But to say "ufc cards suck have sucked for a while". GFY, casual. What a complete load of shit. Stop watching then.Re-read my comment. I did stop watching, as did A LOT of people.

Did A LOT of people stop watching though? Seems like the UFC and Bellator both do some pretty solid numbers.

Did A LOT of people stop watching though? Seems like the UFC and Bellator both do some pretty solid numbers. I haven't completely stopped watching. But in the last few years I've only bought 3 events. 2 were Conor's fights and one was someone else, can't think of who. But the whole card turned out good. Overall I don't like the path the UFC seems to be taking. I also don't like the path that many fighters seems to be taking either.

Hahaha. I called this years ago and many of you guys laughed and ridiculed me. Fact is, I was right. UFC keeps forcing garbage down fan’s throats and eventually the fans pull back.

I mean if you take Connor out of the mix it gets even worse too. Are you really trying to argue UFC now is as big or as exciting now as it was back in the Silva, Penn, Lesnar, fedor, liddell, rampage, Randy days big hc? I know you don't, so why are you arguing with me? Little mans syndrome AGAIN?

Which makes me wonder why didn't the UFC put on this fight themselves. They are hurting for a mega fight. This could had been marketed a special old school fight on a co main event along with title fight. Friggin' right! There's a market for these legacy fights. There should be one on every card. Beats having a scrap between two guys you never heard of, and may never hear of again. The UFC creates a following for some of these guys and then abandons them and their fans. Find some more fights for them. They're your stars.

And well, you know damn well you can't, there are many more events now. I think I'm OK not waiting 2 months for a PPV. I'm also not OK watching free events. But since your bringing up average buy rates, why don't you show us those numbers? With and without Conor.

I don't give a fuck about buy rates so go nerd into that all you like. I like having a UFC card every week or every other week. I enjoy the smaller cards in other countries. I am looking forward to seeing Werdum vs Volkov next weekend. How the fuck would someone 'take out Conor', when Conor is there. There is no 'taking out conor' because it suits some anon dork on the net, get the fuck outta here with that shit.

Looks like this is really happening. Chuck says the fight will happen in November under Golden Boy. Weird.

Some classic Chuck comments on coming out to fight Tito:
“It’s [White’s] opinion. It’s how he feels, and that’s okay with me. You’re entitled to your opinion and what you think. Everybody’s entitled to their opinion. If I can’t fight, if I don’t feel like I can perform or go out there and perform, I wouldn’t. But I feel like I can still perform, especially enough to beat Tito, so I’ll be ready.”
Liddell fought and defeated Ortiz twice across two blockbuster contests in 2004 and 2006, knocking out Ortiz both times.
Ortiz, who also hung up his gloves in 2017, announced earlier this month on Twitter that he was coming out of retirement to face Liddell for a third time.
“He thinks because Dana doesn’t want to put the fight together, that he thinks Dana thinks he can beat me,” Liddell said. “He’s trying to convince himself he can beat me, I think.
“He’s easy to get up for. My fans, no one gets tired of me hitting him.”

Tito no chance. Chuck is the perfect recipe for beating Tito because Tito can't hurt him and can't take him down. Not today, not 10 years ago and not ever.

The thing that concerns me is that later in his career, Tito seemed to have developed just a little bit of power behind his punches, sort of like Bisping, and Chucks chin... well who knows... I think Chuck schools him skill wise, but I also think that Chucks chances of getting caught by someone like Tito now are greater than they’ve ever been.

Keep in mind Chuck hasn't fought in what, 8 years? Tito hasn't been good over the last few years but at least he wont have the kind of layoff Chuck did.

No way Chuck comes in after 8 years and beats Tito who has been somewhat active and even improved in some areas.

I just watched this YouTube documentary about these "celebs" who set out to climb some 20,000 ft. mountain in Peru. Chuck was one of the participants and from what I saw, he did well. And he also seems to have already signed for his fight with Tito, whom I think he will destroy again. He's had Tito's number since day 1. They could fight once a decade until they are in their 80's and Chuck wins every time. Holy shit didn't realize this was a Tony post. I actually enjoyed this Mostly the video

I could totally see Tito KO’ing Chuck. Tito landed on chuck in both fights, and I think those same shots KO Chuck at this age.

Rashad owns Chuck's chin and has it displayed on a mantel at his house with a plaque that says "RIP CHUCK'S CHIN" Ever since Rashad took it, Chuck has never been the same. If Tito hit him he's going down. If he goes down, Tito will mount him and shower him with GnP.
