Could you please explain how Sharia Law is a more free and fair system? Also, if you could go in to detail about "true Sharia law" 1. No killing except in self-defense. 2. Women have the same rights as men (with the exception of a no-fault divorce in which case the Man gets to retain a majority of assets by default regardless of who earned/owned the majority) 3. Educationally, the most modern science is to be mandated in classes, and their mandated curriculum is actually extremely STEM heavy, more so than modern education systems today. 4. The government (regardless of style) cannot restrict what you do on your personal property (unless puts others at risk) 5. Islamic-financing rules. This is something that many may agree with, and others hate. Basically though you don't get to charge interest, instead you are lending based on the idea they'll be successful and you'll earn money back based on equity/resale/etc... 6. There is a charity tax, but it is routinely referred to as the jsportytax. It keeps the disabled fed, but won't provide new shoes, even if you have worn them out pounding the pavement looking for work. 7. Religious freedom (yep!) No overt preaching your religion in public, and at the same time no attacking any other religion in public. Fixed it for you.

Basically though you don't get to charge interest, instead you are lending based on the idea they'll be successful and you'll earn money back based on equity/resale/etc... 6. There is a charity tax, but overall it is less than what our tax rates are around the world, and it basically goes to those who are disabled and can't fend for themselves. Keeps them fed basically. 7. Religious freedom (yep!) No overt preaching your religion in public, and at the same time no attacking any other religion in public. Interesting. I always thought it was a guideline for how a Muslims should live their lives based on interpretiations from the Quran or Hadith. I guess I was wrong though because it doesn't mention "no fault divorce" in the Quran, that I'm aware of anyways. Another question. Is it really true Sharia if no one is practicing it (nor will they ever) or is the way it is actually used and implemented the true Sharia law? Well Sharia law was developed to be separate from Islam itself, with the religion as a guideline. It used Quran, Hadith, other writings, and even philosophers of the time when it was developed. As for no fault divorce, that just what we know it as, I don't remember what they called it but that basically the translation. Either party in a marriage can get divorced for any reason at any time. However if there is no reason given that puts either of the parties as a reason for the divorce, the man gets to get overwhelming majority of assets. Well they used to practice it, much like we used to be a legit republic before we started gerrymandering and getting rid of vote requirements. Does that mean there cannot be a true Republic anywhere anymore? That a more philosophical debate I suppose. One of the reasons why I think it would be a great propaganda campaign to push these countries to actually follow Sharia law. Either they wind up becoming better, even more Western-supporting countries, or they'll have to basically admit in black and white that they don't want Sharia law and they want the corruption, and good luck defending that one Democrats.
