So far Smackdown has been killing it! Raw has been pretty inconsistent, but Smackdown has really been surprising a lot of people lately with how solid it is with such a mediocre roster.

I've liked what Smackdown has been doing. This passed week was a bit meh, but overall it's been doing well. They need to build Bray up, I'd really like to see him go over on Randy at the end of this feud.
Raw has been up and down. Loved the HHH helping KO swerve, but things haven't progressed much since then. They also REALLY dropped the ball with the Cruiserweights. I was pumped at the end of the CWC....and then they sort of shoe horned them in at the end of last weeks Raw and didn't even give any background to TJP. Your opening nights of cruiserweights and your champion isn't even in the mix. Hopefully they can steal the show at Clash of Champions.

Cena,AJ,Ambrose is going to be an incredible match. So will Rollins/Owens. Can't wait for the Rollins face turn.

I'm taking my boys (9 & 4) to a smackdown house show tomorrow in state college pa. We are sitting 12 rows from the ring. Both boys love Cena and Becky Lynch. Should be a good time.

I feel bad for Mauro...Otunga and JBL have got to be the worst commentators I've ever seen.
JBL still thinks Ken shamrock was a ufc champion.

He was UFC Superfight champion back during like UFC 5-9 or so. He had a belt and everything, so JBL isn't wrong.

So apparently there was supposed to be a double turn angle involving Rollins and Reigns. Why didn't this happen? Roman would make a great heel and it would be a near perfect way for Rollins to turn face. I like the slow turn Rollins is having now which should hopefully lead to a feud with HHH. I think it will be great, but shit Roman really needs that heel turn at least for a bit so he can eventually run wild as a face again.

Raw was really good this week. Seems like they actually want to make improvements now.

It was good. Really good.
First off, I've been to Indy shows and I've been to a couple of WWF shows, this was different then both.
It blew away the indy shows as far as production values. FAR away. And it differed from the WWF shows as it was in a more intimate setting, the crowd was mostly adults and there was actually some hot chicks there. I also was not used to actually having a lively crowd that was into chanting and what not. I always felt LA crowds sucked when it came to wrestling. Not this one. Met Josh Barnett too, that was kind of cool.
No Way Jose is so over with the live crowd it's insane. Took on a guy named Roderick Strong, who I was not familiar with, but I guess is from a local promotion, because the crowd was very familar with him. He's a pretty damn good wrestler.
Match of the night was Kota Ibushi vs Booby Roode. Both looked polished and ready for the big show.
Asuka was way over with the crowd. Too much comedy with her and use of her butt for offense. She's better used as a killer. Ember Moon hit that top rope flip stunner...that is very impressive live. Perhaps one of the most impressive moves I've seen live.
Nakamura...I don't really have words for it. Just very surreal to see him live. I feel I was very lucky to have gotten tickets to this event.
I was in the 4th row back from ring, I talked a bunch of shit to Authors of Pain, to the point where they noticed, the crowd noticed and whatever I said the crowd around me would chant it. For example...I yelled out at one point about a minute after one of the guys had tagged in, "He's already blown up". It got laughs and a "HE'S BLOWN UP" chant. Later, after sitting through far too much of Authors of Pain, I yelled out, "Author these nuts, you guys cant wrestle worth a shit", my voice isn't very loud...but I got a "AUTHOR THESE NUTS" chant. I did feel a little bad because they were taking on Gargano and Chiampa, who were selling for them big time. Oh yeah, I also started a "Dont hurt the wrestlers" chant after yelling out that dude was so blown up he was going to wind up hurting Gargano.
So yeah, great show. I think I paid 120 for the ticket and it was way worth it. About a 3.5 hour show I'd say.

That's awesome man, sounds like a great night. I want to see NXT when it comes to Toronto as part of Survivor Series weekend but I'm broke as fuck.
Ibushi is bad ass, I hope he decides to stay with WWE for a good run.
Roderick Strong is an indy darling and he'll get a good push in NXT. Especially with guys like Austin Aries and Hideo Itami injured, the timing could be right for him.
Nice that the tag matches were legit parts of the Dusty Rhodes tourney, they'll probably show clips from your event on the weekly show.

How does Goldberg/Lesnar end?
I am thinking Shane interferes for Goldberg and Lesnar wins. Sends Goldberg off happy.
however, it is a waste to end Lesnars unbeatable streak like that

And...they've just lost me pretty much completely.
I went from watching the show to fast forwarding it to just the highlights. Now I may just stick to pwtorch and just read results.

I grew up watching the stuff, and have always followed it in one form or another through adulthood. But I canceled my Sirius subscription about a year ago, and so I no longer listen to Busted Open, which was my last artery to the world of professional wrestling.
I can honestly say I don't miss it at all. Maybe something will bring me back someday, who knows?

If you mean "the in-ring work is good", I'm not interested. I have seen a million good matches. I need juicy storyline to hook me at this point.

Storytelling is good too and actually makes sense. Its a far more entertaining show. Plus if you have the Network the talking Smack show after it is also pretty fun.

And its only a 2 hour show.
Raw suffers from being 3 hours. Very difficult to pull off and most of the time they can't do it.
