hmmmm do you know him or something ? Watch SDSU. Opponents know he is going to get the ball and he has moves like old school Marshal Faulk and is just sick how smooth he is. He's a human highlight reel. www.youtube.com/watch?v=2iEv6mrs0YsWatch this cut back TD at the 2:20 mark against Cal. He's a west coaster and unknown, but he's an absolute beast and only 180 pounds. If he gets his hands on the ball he can score from anywhere and SDSU will go undefeated this season. But no one cares about west coast teams and sportscasters praise players on these overrated SEC school.

If you said something besides Lamar Jackson you're not watching the right games.

While Lamar Jackson has had some very solid outings, McCaffery has been lighting it up for a long ass time.
But Jackson may very well top him in my book if he stays consistent. Too early for me to put him at #1.

Too early for me to put him at #1. That's fair. McCaffery is the more proven, consistently elite athlete at this point. Cannot argue against that.

I think it's Jackson this far this season. I gotta admit... I was skeptical. I mean .... He put up solid numbers against txam last season in bowl game , but that was a poor defensive txam team. But this year he's picked up right where he left off. He's better actually. Making solid throws and beating people w legs when needed. L ville crushed a very talented fsu defense. Kid is excellent.
Still say mccaffey should have won heisman last year. If he lights it up in his more high profile games he will definTely be back in NYC for the heisman ceremony and hopefully take it home on the basis of body of work overall.
Heisman is always a weird award though. It's very much influenced by how ones team is doing at the end of the year.

That looming Louisville vs Houston game is starting to take on titanic importance in terms of Heisman impact, playoff spot, etc.

And the Louisville vs Clemson game next weekend will probably give us the clear leader for the Heisman and put one of the 2 QBs behind the other. Athletic QBs give Bama trouble and all of these "other" contenders in Louisville, Clemson and Houston have athletic studs at QB. Great season already.
