Whatever everyone using for a preworkout?
Not looking for something loaded with sugar. Don't care about taste. Just looking for a good pump and something to get me going.

Weird deal . . . I've completely gotten off of pre workout this year. Not sure why. I took Assault from Muscle Pharm for a long time and really liked it. I did Push from BSF for a while, and it's not as good, but better quality ingredients on paper. Assault would still be my easy #1. Now I'm more of a black coffee, good jamz, and maybe a whiff of ammonia if shit fucks around and gets real.

If I am working out in the afternoon, I don't need one. But lately, my morning workouts, which are the majority of them, I cant get moving without one.
Gonna try this GAT Pre workout that Jon Jones was pushing for a while

I go first thing in the morning and I'm just a coffee with a dash of half and half person. I do enjoy a nice jug of cold water as well. The music for me can be a make or break when it comes to my workout intensity and the time I put into cardio. Feel like I'm dying on the treadmill? I can just get lost in a song. About to hit my last set and want to get those last couple reps in? Rollins or Maynard help push it out of me.
I found myself getting into a lot of older music that i hadnt been into in a while since I started taking the gym serious again. Black Flag FTW.

100% on the music. I have four different playlists on Spotify depending on what I'm doing that day. Can range anywhere from 70s funk to 80s pop rock to bluegrass to stab yourself in the face heavy metal.
