When I was a kid I could not imagine there could ever be any bad equal to Hall and Oats, a star equal to Burt Reynolds, or an athlete equal to OJ Simpson Aren't you a little young to have watched the Juice play?

Nah bruh, if slaytan was born in the early 70's then he definitely would've been old enough to catch Oj's 78-79 run with the 9er's...

When I was a kid I could not imagine there could ever be any bad equal to Hall and Oats, a star equal to Burt Reynolds, or an athlete equal to OJ Simpson I had Bruce Willis as my top movie star and Bo Jackson as my top athlete. Although it's hard to argue against OJ as the top athlete after he came out of retirement to slice two necks in one nite. Impressive. Kinda like Randy beating Tmmeh for HW belt in his 40's. And Bo Jackson had to retire early and then he never did anything noteworthy after his retirement...

True, I never saw him play. I didn't even know what sport he played, but he was like a mythical being. He dominated commercials and was oft mentioned on TV as, you know, the most amazing athlete ever

Nu metal was terrible, but these are the tracks I bump as I'm driving to the UFC gym for my Friday nite boxercise class.

I was never a big fan of Korn or the Deftones, they have a few tracks that I like though. Korn fans were usually the fat ugly goth kids who wore all black and grew up to gender bending hilary voters. And like you said, korn has a serious cheese factor and the lyrics are as dumb as shit. But there's a few a solid riffs on that first album, and they were kinda like the pioneers of the new metal sound. The Deftones are a little too soft and kinda whiney, couldnt really get into them. I love Soulfly though. I've seen them live quite a few times. They always put on a good show. Seen them play a small club on sunset Blvd and the second stage at ozzfest. Put on a great show each time, mosh pit was crazy.

Every day is exactly the same. 24 hour 360 degree rotation. But Sundays always had a different feel to them. Sundays always felt like hanging out in the garage and working on the car, Sundays feel like driving to the beach and riding your skateboard down the Venice board walk. And On a related note, Pennywise probably had the most rowdy mosh pit I've ever been in. Much crazier than any Slayer pit.

My dad's favorite band during the 80's and 90's was Tears for Fears. Not sure why. However, I'll admit that I didn't really mind hearing "Shout" over and over again on road trips.

Just another lazy Sunday. Cleaning up the house, drinking hot tea and smoking some weed. Probably wont make it to Home Depot, though.

This is some good newer southern rock/outlaw country. I'm a big fan this song.

Radical new discovery, friends can share playlists via amazon prime (as long as you both have amazon prime music). Mind blowed.

Wow! That's amazing! Thanks for sharing! Hard to believe that I discovered/invented it. Yeah, it took my neighbour with down-syndrome a couple days to figure it out after installing it. How long did it take you again?

It took precisely 1 kilo of cocaine to write and record each of these songs.

This is a local band that seemingly has zero interest in trying to get popular, but they make some killer rock in my opinion. It's what I consider garage rock, but probably punk is what most would call it. They play like 2-3 shows a year here in KC and Lawrence and that's it.
Plus they have an awesome name: The Sluts

Been listening to a lot of Jerry Garcia lately. Really been into his mid 80s shows.
