Here are the Obamacare rate increases for 2017 according to The Fiscal Times. They seem low to me; my wife's premiums have risen more than 100% over four years for a decent BCBS policy. It was widely reported that Michigan Blue Cross Blue Shield (the state's largest insurer I believe) premiums were rising 16.7% for 2017. So I'm more than a bit skeptical that overall Michigan increses averaged only 7% as reported here....
