With so much of the world on pause, has anyone found a new hobby or rediscovered a favorite pastime?
I got back to reading more, I've been fuckn around building playlists for myself on YouTube (my fight/action/badass scenes list is almost at 200 videos now lol), and yeah that's about it. I keep saying I'm gonna get back into shape and force myself to write more, but neither of those have panned out yet. Still gaming (CoD mostly) and just spending time with the family otherwise.
So how about it? Anyone fall back in with an old hobby or discover a new pastime? Finally binge any cool shows or read any stories you've been meaning to get around to?

I'm reading books about sports gambling techniques ("Sharper", by some green-eyeshades wearing guy who calls himself Poker Joe...LOL), which explains the mathematical side of intelligent wagering.
Since I'm retired I've broken even in Underdog betting in both NFL and MLB betting so I'm trying to "up my game" a little. I'm betting peanuts anyway, so it doesn't really matter....I'll be staying away from the NBA because I got punked trying it out a year ago. 39 wins, 61 losses.
No doubt others on this forum -- all 10 or 12 of them -- have more important and interesting matters to dwell upon than me. I hope everyone is virus free with a stimulus check in hand, and observing proper safety procedures.
This crazy shit will be over in a month or two...

The only (positive) thing I am doing more of than usual is guitar playing and zooming with friends I haven’t talked to in a long time. It’s been a blast catching up with old friends and forgetting about the virus and isolation for awhile.

Got a PS4 and Madden '20. Probably haven't really owned anything other than a Wii in 20 years. Good to catch up, it has replaced some TV watching time mainly. Still irritating in some aspects. Playing a season with friends and some of them know and use gimmicks, ie you can roll right and throw off you back foot all the way across the field to a crossing route.

No, mugs are not good for this. You actually need clean bottles with caps that seal properly.

I have to be honest, I’m not really sure what I mean. From what I remember, rock# ‘s was the expert on bacon.

For a few years I would buy picks. I found that to be a waste of money. They didn't do any better then I could do on my own. My only advise for betting. Just have fun with it. If you do to much research, you're making it a job and removing all the fun from it. I just hope we get college football to bet on this year. My new betting .... The stock market LOL. I'm really hoping after the virus is over American Airlines bounce back big. I bought it at 9.25 and 9.50.

I'm reading a lot more. Now that I'm done with my degree and I have my certification, I have some free time again (lockdown helps, too).
