No need to vote as the fight is apparently off.
Diaz has failed a drug test for elevated levels from a tainted supplement. He’s claiming it’s complete bullshit. Apparently Nate had the option of keeping quiet about the failed test until after the fight but he’s putting it all out in the open because of his innocence.
Weird situation. Totally sucks.

Oh this is to funny. Just put Nate is the same category as Cyborg, Reem, Barnett. LOL
Whats really messed up. They wanted him to keep it quiet until after the fight?? That is some shady ass shit right there. I'm sure Nate just made alot of enemies with the UFC and the USDA for saying it.

Apparently Leon Edwards is going to replace Nate if he is indeed out.

Updates...
Leon Edwards not replacing Diaz.
Diaz is not barred from fighting by USADA or NYSAC at this point, he just doesn't want to fight. As near as I can tell from his statements, he doesn't see the point because if he wins, he thinks the win will be overturned and what's the point of that?
It sounds like this could still end up OK, if Dana can convince Nate to fight. Fingers crossed.

LMAO
1. Nate fails drug test 2. They tell Nate to be quiet about it. 3. Nate says he won't be quiet and says "fix it" or I'm not fighting. 4. Nate is cleared. 5. Fight back on.
Oh sure, all seems legit LOL Just a oopsie, nothing to see here
I'm sure this is going to be a real fun fight. I can't think of any bad fights Nate has had.

With the amount of money the UFC ans USADA have, they can resolve issues quick. Why they take months to do it is a different story, Josh Barnett, Tom Lawlor, Sean O'Malley, Yoel Romero and many more have taken months to exonerate cause of contaminated supplements. Many had to pay thousands of dollars. Part of this is probably Nate saying fuck you to them about waiting till after the fight. Had he waited, the UFC would have made their money and they wouldn't have cared afterwards. There is no doubt Nate is clean. There are people who you can look at and almost guarantee they never took steroids. Nate, Nick, BJ Penn, Ben Askren, Jeremy Horn, Vitor Belfort. Glad Nate stood up to them and made USADA and the UFC look like fools. Hope this is other step in the direction of getting rid of USADA. This goes to show you Nate is a needle mover and draw. All these other fighters have gotten fucked.

When I heard he failed the test, I really thought it was for weed. I'm still not sold on Nate being a draw. But I guess we'll see next week.

The story is USADA and UFC implemented a new rule in August whereby they wouldn't count minuscule amounts of PEDs as a fail if there was a legit explanation (tainted supplement) for the positive test. They require fighters to provide a list of supplements they're taking ahead of time so that a fighter can't get popped, then just list like 100 supplements, hoping that one of them ends up being tainted.
Diaz listed the supplements he was taking and once he popped positive they tested those supplements. Some vegan multi-vitamin he was taking did in fact test as contaminated for the drug he popped for. Plus, the level he popped at was 1/10,000th the effective dose of that supplement. So, the decision was made, consistent with the new agreement that the UFC and USADA had in August, that Diaz was all clear.
Now, it definitely seems like the UFC rushed through an "all clear" statement to keep their main event for next week. I doubt a prelim fighter would have gotten both the UFC and USADA to publicly exonerate him in 24 hours. But other than that, I don't see anything fishy here.

Well, according to Diaz they wanted him to keep quiet and still fight. What kind of numbers do you guys think this PPV will do?
I think it is going to do really well and get close to a million buys but not crack it. I’m saying around 850 000.

I know I'm always the downer on Nate. But I think this does 250 max. I would say higher but I think the espn+ thing turns people off. I won't buy another PPV as long as its on espn+. Just like I won't buy a Bellator ppv event because its on that dazn. I think Nate wins this fight. Like Nate's other fights, I expect this to be a fun fight to watch. I think it will be competitive. I can see Jorge winning the first couple rounds. Then Nate takes round 3,4 and 5 I'll stream it.

The Johnny Walker hype train is over.
His next fight will be interesting. I like him, but he may just be the next Houston Alexander.

I got to see some of the fight. The first round and a half, then when they stopped the fight. Looked like Nate was just getting whooped. I watched the highlights on espn, I guess Nate got rocked every round. The crowd chanting bullshit was funny.
I thought the dumbest thing was. Having the rock put the belt on Jorge. Why have a fake fighter (wwe) put a belt on a real fighter? Whats the next thing the UFC will do, have a guest referee ? Its probably just me, I just don't like that kind of stuff.

Just watched Nate's presser. LMFAO, " Fuck the Rock, he can get some too" Tyson should've been the one to give the belt.

Nate was definitely on his way to a decision loss. Perhaps he may have made a comeback, but I’m not that interested in an immediate rematch. Maybe down the road.
Till’s win was impressive. Gastelum is a tough match-up for anyone. I’m not sure who Till should fight next. Maybe Romero, if Romero doesn’t get a shot at Israel next.
I wasn’t a fan of the Rock presenting the belt either. He is portraying Mark Kerr in his next movie, so it does make some sense him being involved.

I honestly feel that this fight looked very similar to other Diaz fights. Nate takes a beating for 3, gives a beating in 4 and 5. His accuracy actually seemed to improve in the 3rd imho. He was coming and, also imho, an overzealous Doc stopped a typical Diaz cut-up face..../shrug. I do have a little more respect for Jorge for not shit talking the win and dude can bring pain for real......I wanna see this one again.
